I have the LG V60...but I got the S22 Ultra back in March 2022...As of February 2023 I decided to move back to my old LG v60 for a few reasons...
    1. The LG V60 still has better battery life, I get consistent 8-9 hours screen on time. Compared to the s22 Ultra that gives me 5-6 hours, and thats on FHD+ and 60hz setting.
    2. I still prefer photos taken on the V60. The S22 Ultra colors are more saturated and dont have Ultra Wide Correction. Also shutter lag on the S22 Ultra is anoying and its an expensive phone to have that problem.
    3. The V60 still has more powerful speakers compared to the weaker s22 Ultra.
    4. I got a 1TB Sandisk Ultra Pro SD card for cheap that I put in my V60.
But using the s22 Ultra for about 11 months then jumping back to the V60, I actually like the more natural colors on the V60. And going down from 1440p screen to a 1080p screen isn't really noticeable to me.

Thick bezels? Noticable chin? Dude, I own a LG V60 and I'm very happy with my pocket rocket . The 60 Hz / 1080p display is smooth, sharp and coupled with the 5,000 mAmp battery, the phone lasts a long time on a single charge... Marketing is the key. My hope is that LG has learn from past mistakes and eventually start making cell phones again someday.

For the kinds of things LG customers value, every other phone is gonna be a downgrade in some area. I have 274GB of storage used on my V60, so ya know, most phones are useless to me without a card slot. Xiaomi 12T, OnePlus 10T, S22 Ultra (unless I payed a kidney).. need I go on? There's nothing that can replace the V60, not even 2 years later. The headphone jack is absolutely amazing. Wouldn't give that up either. Battery life is legendary- literally no replacement for that. There's just nothing better not even almost 3 years later.

Edit: to answer your closing question, I love my phone because on my trip to iceland in 2019, I was one of the only people able to capture pictures of the northern lights with my phone because of the sensor and the manual camera mode. It has 4 built in microphones for awesome live sound recording, expandable storage, the headphone jack is negotiable but really comes in handy when diving into audio recordings with good headphones, the 5g capability is a huge bonus, they replaced the ir blaster (which I loved) with whole home lg smart device connectivity (control everything from your phone), ip68 rating, and all at a good price. The best phone I ever had:) and I have had lots of phones, the video quality the best of all the phones , LG V6O made me happy almost 2 years now, it works great 👍in every aspect, specialty when I put my second screen people be like what? 😉🤣. It's super fast , and it does what all other $$$$ phones do . So why spend $1000s 🤣 . I wish LG will continue.

Because it's a great piece of hardware that went completely under the radar until it was already too late because LG couldn't market their phones properly. Still believe LG had the best haptic feedback of any Amdroid phone.

Albeit the 7t is custom android 13 AOSP it is super fast. No heating stalls. That means the 865 is even better. I think these will last a long time. Great video. See I would have approached this much differently, firstly LG Flagship devices still have features and Hardware advantages current devices still ignore. The quad DAC, the four high-def microphones, the manual controls and flexibility on the entire camera system, the speakers are one Watt balanced surround sound. The expandable storage alone separates it. The battery life being 5 000 m a h. The video camera capabilities in combination with those amazing microphones make for some of the best audio separation I've ever heard on a phone. I know 8K is considered a gimmick but the fact you can get 24 frames per second at the same time is still way ahead of multiple high-end camera systems. LG was doing 4K 60 way ahead of everybody else.

Now I bought acesories for dual screen, this is okay because if you want to have dual screen, you just put v60 and you can have dual screen. I love it

Photos are more accurate. Apple/Samy love to over saturate their camera's. Another thing overlooked is the microphone performance (4 of them!!). I mean Samsungs sound like total garbage in comparison. If you like taking videos this is a big deal. Plus the headphone with quad dac is really something else. Use my high impedance sennheisers and it drives them nicely. Nothing on the market can currently do that. Even the 1600 dollar sony can't drive high impedance headphones.

Camera has an awesome user-friendly manual mode (yes, you can fully control your image capture!) and shoots in RAW which is unique and very useful for creative people. Quad DAC is amazing. Highly functional dual screen case with magnetic rapid charging adapter. Expandable memory up to 2TB. And the irresistible part is we got EVERYTHING for half the price of the competitors' flagships. LG Mobile was the best brand available before they closed operations. In my opinion, Apple and Samsung are good, but highly overrated for their inflated cost. Also, LG was found to have a more ethical manufacturing process than the larger companies.

No doubt iphone records better heavy live bass though. Crazy battery life too. Same music event story..1000s of ppl were stuck outside a music festival ordering Uber with dying phones while i still had 30% after recording videos at the event. I love this phone so much my charge port is messed up a little that im willing to drop another 300 for one instead of buying a new charge port part and risk the tight seal and breaking something (sort of an excuse to have to 2, one for emulation gaming with a dual screen one day maybe)
