Use a glass cleaner foaming action to clean your mirrors. Liquid mirror cleaner run to the bottom and destroy the Mercury behind your mirror you can buy it at Sam’s club, Walmart and probably Walgreens. this is my opinion Sam will be the best place to buy the glass cleaner because you can keep one in the garage and the other three in the house.

For the spiders, go to Lowes and purchase the Spectacide Bug Stop. It kills and also once dried it creates a barrier that continues to kill the spiders. I spray my garage entryway everytine it rains. I pray around my house and under furniture I don't lift all the time. Good luck! I hate spiders and we have wolf spiders here in TX...😫

If you ever work out at night get some led lights to go around the ceiling! For the spiders, I got this from my sister and I never seen a spider in her house since she started doing this. Get a glass spray bottle, 8oz and fill it with water then add 10 drops of peppermint oil, I also add eucalyptus oil. And spray everywhere! I spray inside every door, window, all around the perimeter of each room! Also my favorite is the mirror wall! I know the wallpaper wasn’t exactly what you expected but it looks amazing!

Loving the transformation! And as you get back into your workout flow, you'll know what you & the space needs! Totally with you on letting it evolve over time. I also have a bike (Peloton) and it makes my dreaded cardio days (lol) sooo much fun! I'll take the barbell over cardio any day of the week tho! But anywho,I'm really happy for you! I also have the same relationship with fitness- specifically when I started lifting weights/strength training. It truly pulled me through a dark space, is my therapy, and my way to connect with my body-mind-spirit! So grateful! xx

I love it! You did an amazing job! For the 🕷🕷🕷 and other night crawlers I suggest boric acid if you can find it. It's a powder and put a thin layer in the corners on the floor especially close to the garage door opening. Also peppermint oil is a good bug deterrent. With the heat and the rain we have all kinds of insect wildlife in FL, 😉.
Bug indoor hot shot fogger, that size room might need 2. Close garage door and door to house to concentrate to that space; however, it's great for the house as well.
Love the gym. Enjoyed the old clips. As for the spiders I would use Zevo b/c it not as harsh as Raid and doesn’t have that harsh chemical smell and it’s safe around people & pets.

I got a stationary bike and I haven’t used it because the seat hurts so go ahead and order a new seat. Cause that pain will keep you from getting on your bike. Oh and your locs make me wanna loc my hair there so pretty. 🤩

Spiders are the bane of my existence 😖 Get some regular household Raid, they have lemon scented, and spray a perimeter on the inside of the garage weekly, or every two weeks. They might still be there but they’ll be dead 🙌🏾 I love this whole video!!!
Also, you can buy the spray the type exterminators would use right from Lowe’s/Home Depot. (I got Terminix) It works well. A good spray and then touch up like once a month. The bottle will last you several months.
