@@at0micl0bster that's not a commentary on it's storytelling that's just a grab bag of unoriginal complaints and what's up with this token complaint about "futuristic" aesthetics when the series had always been some sort of steampunk with multiverses and moon landings

For me this was more of Seifer’s theme, noticed he’s the one in charge of your party during this attack, and then during Balamb vs Galbadia he’s the one in charge of the G-Soldiers, like his glorious moment
