So true! I spent several hundred dollars and went on a 9 day water fasting retreat in January. Gained it all back and was out all that money.. ugh! On OMAD now and all is well! Ty 💕

Sugar definitely makes sticking to one meal difficult, great advice!🌞💋💋

Joe been following u for over a year! Great fitness and weight loss journey! Thanks for the all the info. I am currently doing OMAD/KETO 5 days a week and fasting Monday and Friday to lose more weight having plateaued at 203lb, I’m currently 193 lb. In addition I’ll throw in a 3 day fast every other month but the most powerful fast I’ve done is the 5 day salt water fast for longevity that I do every 6 months that has boosted my immunity, increased fitness in the gym and contributed to my weight lose. I eat to satiety on the OMAD/KETO. Just wanna let you know the periodic fasting really has great health benefits and fits into my full time work, family life and fitness schedule. Enjoy the summer!

You couldn't be more correct about having a game plan to come off of an extended fast. Recently I did an extended fast but I knew I would return to ADF which I had been doing for months before the fast. I did the fast, the refeed, and then slipped right back into ADF with no problem at all. Eventually, I may need to switch to OMAD if I have trouble maintaining a healthy weight but I feel that at some point weight loss will stabilize with ADF.

I started OMAD on October 25th, first for spiritual reasons but when I started seeing all the positive effects on my body n mind...I got convinced that it is the best way for me.I eat as balanced meals as possible trying not to exclude food groups.I just feel like a big change is happening in me , I am more ficus, productive..

Great video but I got one better just don't eat lol. Been on a 7-day saltwater and potassium diet and never felt better, even made gains. Lost 14 pounds and 3% of my body fat. Going to go for 14 days then I will switch to eating one meal every other day. By then I should be hopefully down to 13 % body fat. Thumb up my comment and I will make a video showing my results :)

Some people say our body will just get used to Omad and that’s why they say cycle in and out of fasting and changing it

I'm planning my forever lifestyle. OMAD - 6 days a week (your way) + 3 days water fast once in a month to achieve sweet spot of Autophagy. Aim for a healthy routine and weight loss would be a bonus. Thanks for your valuable inputs.

Hi Joe, several weeks ago having spent 4 months doing Keto with no results, other than my cholesterol going through the roof, then 2 months doing OMAD, with again little result I knew I had to try something else and started doing the OMAD/JUICING, combination, having watched your juicing video. Got my Bolthouse Farms juices, and for the first week juiced every second day, and the second week every third day The difference in weight loss was negligible. I am finding by rotating my fasting and OMAD days I may be onto something, I feel like my metabolism is like a car buried in the mud, by continuing to rock it back and forth, I am slowly shifting it. So this week I again rotated between OMAD and juicing, ate 2 days, fasted 2, ate 1 fasted 2. I am for the first time feeling "lighter", and getting comments. Tomorrow is my weigh day and my fingers are crossed. i so agree with your comment about sustainable diets. For years I paid personal trainers, followed their advise, spend hours and hours in the gym, ate breakfast, healthy snacks, went vegetarian , etc, I have always followed diets to the letter, but I could not keep paying personal trainers, could not spend hours in the gym forever, I was so tired, and I realised I had to find something I can sustain for the rest of my life. I realised quickly I could not eat Keto forever, way too much fat for me to eat, and OMAD seemed to fit my way of eating, I love just eating once a day, I look forward to my meal and its healthy. However the lack of weight loss has now redirected me to the juicing/OMAD combination. I hope when I reach my weight goal I can move back to OMAD , and use juicing as a mere maintenance tool. Sorry for length of this but wanted to know your videos are so helpful to people like me.

      Hi,
Yes, alternating days with juice meals and regular meals is a great way to go for many. Reach out if you need more help.

Omad keto u should drop loads. Keto isn't high fat when in ketosis, just until u start to register ketones, it's more low carb...I do agree that mixing it up is good too...

There are many methods to loose the weight, and every "fasting guru" is telling, that his method is the best one 😀👍. I tried OMAD, and decided that this method definitely isn't for me. I prefer soft dry fast, as my the best way to heal my body and to loose my weight. I hate OMAD.

Troy White Agree ! I love This guy though! I respect him so much because hes so helpful in his videos. However I tried OMAD twice counted my calories and everything never cheated and I never lost past ten pounds . I had no choice but to move on to traditional fasting with just water and salt! I lost 25 pounds in 5 days doing that.

you're right. OMAD lowers my metabolism, when done consistently. lost 130 lbs with ADF, occasionally throwing in an OMAD. maintenance 5+ yrs.
