Followed the Y3T for last 12 weeks. Best gains I ever witnessed in my life! Full round muscles by filling those muscles with blood in week 3 and power up in week 1. Just love it. Started a new 12 week program with different targets for this cycle.
Ohh it's good to hear about the night sweats when you're training hard. I was experiencing this and it was quite disruptive to my sleep and even my skin and I couldn't figure out what it was but I was training hard and my metabolism was on fire. I got injured, not training related, and had to sit out for 6 weeks and didn't the night sweats went away almost immediately. It might be a combination of different things in my case but definitely a piece of the puzzle
In my humble opinion, this has got to be one of the top 5 vids you've done. What I like the most about it is the part where Flex talks about his daily food intake... the eggs and bacon, the other 2 meals, etc, and ending with eggs and bacon. Oh, the Vince Gironda workout vid was awesome too, definitely in the top 5. 👌 Keep up the great work. You're crushing it.

Clearly you have never spent any real Tim training if you don’t realize that 45 mins 4 days a week is all you can handle if you are doing hit training weightlifting even if you are slamming gear it’s hard to recover you would know that if you have tried it
