Don't know how involved you are in your fitness app, but since I got it (sometime about 3 or 4 updates ago) it has done nothing but improve. Even when I first got it and it seemed barebones, it didn't need anything. But each update has been amazing and improved usefulness without any issues (at least I haven't experienced any) or removing good features. I just now downloaded the most recent update and was blown away by how much changed and even added stuff that I've thought would be good. Keep up the good work! I'm looking forward to seeing the full journey to the Olympia this year

In the old days, Rugby in Wales was brutal, same in the Southwest of England. Some times though a game of rugby would breakout during a fight on the pitch. Rugby players are a different breed although I never had a problem out in the town after a game, but I think the Welsh are a bit mental

I used to struggle to find the motivation to hit the gym, but this playlist has changed everything. I look forward to my workouts now!
