Heart attack should change your lifestyle. I have to give him more credit because my dad in his 60s had a quintuple bypass surgery and instead of eating better ate worse. Processed foods galore, and sadly died at age 76 years. I miss my dad even though he drove me nuts at times.

when i was in prison (2014 for the first time) we had protein powders by Animal. it was 44g protein and 22g carbs (a meal replacement, actually) and cost $1.80. we also had everything else Kali mentioned. something else people don’t realize if you haven’t been to prison - many people will give you their extra food because they have enough commissary anyways and would rather have their own food. i was frequently eating the food at chow and i’d often have 5-8 milks and up to 10 slices of bread with it along with a ton of veggies (big surprise, many inmates don’t eat veggies). it was easy to get big in prison

_"I just saw a video yesterday about an Indian guy who didn't eat or drink for 15 days... So, that proves it! Everything all humans have been taught about eating must've been wrong. The human body actually doesn't need food. That hunger impulse coming from your body from the day you're born is just your body playing tricks on you. And the Indian guy video - it must be true because it was on the internet."_
*Ironically,* this same dude - Kali - said in this very same video: (To paraphrase) People need to start using their brain.
You go ahead and start eating one meal a day like Kali said... and YOU TOO can can lose 20%, or 30%, or 40% of your muscle mass.

Protein powder isn’t necessarily bad but you shouldn’t rely on it. Eat real food. Steak and eggs, chicken, fish, turkey.. that’s the best way to get your protein because it has more calories than protein powder and it puts actual weight in your stomach. I use protein powder simply for protein pancakes which I eat for breakfast. I have found eating real food is the best method for building size and mass

Plus he has genetics on his side. If the average person decides to eat once a day or fast as frequently as he has been telling people too. they will whither away. The rule still applies that how you eat depends on your goals and your body type. I feel like his heart attack has created the impulse to live a healthy life for him, but his advice is still not well rounded advice, because it only speaks to his situation and those who may be n his situation.

People who already have years of training under their belt, and have existing muscle mass already, can get away changing their training/ diet. It's a lot easier to maintain your physique after you've put in years of training at the gym. Don't always follow advice from people who fall into this category

His physique would not have been attained without blasting steroids.

Its true when he says most women love shredded guys. yes some do love bulked up guys but the majority will find you intimidating to a certain degree. We know he used steroids for years, and he barely concealed the fact that he did. I respect his openness, and you can only truly talk like this when death has stared you in the face because of such a lifestyle. Body building is a sport that carries high risk. Its not necessarily even a sport per say, its more of a vanity contest.

Yes, it may very well have a health benifit but if you want to put on any measurable amount of lean muscle mass this will NEVER work!! dont believe all the hype, use your common sense

People trashing on protein powder saying its unhealthy are not getting rhe full picture. It depends on which powder you buy there are organic powders out there that are approved by doctors.
And yes, they didnt use protein powders thousands of years ago but thats because they were all starving to death and skinny while some of them were lucky with genetics, born with size and strength.
    Thats the difference.

You def need protein powder if you want to build a lot of muscle. You cannot each enough food to get enough. If you want to cut down and be smaller like Cali got the yea, stop taking protein. His heart attack was from eating the bad food and the steroids abuse. He wasn't doing small or even regular doses.
