I highly recommend this. I also recommend modding your ps vita if you have one and us a psvita sd card adapter. You can play all psp games too doing that as well.
@@alexanderjosmith that's true and the psvista is more difficult to mod. Depending on what version you have some vitas didn't come with any on board storage. You'd have to buy a memory card to mod it. But you can remove it once the sd2vita is configured. But you should do a psvista episode on videogame o.r.

A couple of days ago I fished my psp 2000 out of a drawer where it's been for over 10 years with the intention of modding it. I plugged it in for a while as the battery was totally dead and I just wanted to see if it would start up. After about a half hour I flicked the power switch and lo and behold the psp powered on to the screen where I entered the time and date. Pleased that it worked , I put it back to fully charge. When I powered up again I couldn't read what was on the home screen as there were a bunch of vertical lines that weren't there when I set the time and date earlier. Talk about bad luck.
was able to mod the PSP but I run into an issue where I load on iso but after the classic PSP loading screen. the screen turns black and freezes have to pop out the battery to reset. I've tried different configuration in settings and nothing works.
@@MCDNetwork I've figured it out I also downloaded a folder for seplugins because I heard I can use to added cheats. I had to disable some of the plugins that were automatically enabled

hi, i just installed CFW in my psp street after i load the in sd card but the game are corrupted or somtimes the game crashes it self, plz give solution
You could try running a defraggler on your sd card to fix corrupted files. Sometimes transfering game files to and from an SD card can cause moderate data loss
what size is the sd card? that if it's bigger then 128gb then you need to get a 128gb one instead cuz that if you put over 100gb of stuff on it is when the stuff starts getting corrupted and can't be read.

I downloaded persona 3 portable on my psp and when the transfer from the computer was finished, memory was taken up but game wasn’t there. Could anyone help me???

Custom firmware allows you to run the homebrew. You can also play game backups and ps1 classics with it. When it comes to homebrew, you can use emulators, play homebrew titles and original games

I got this randomly recommended and seems like I'm about to buy a used PSP off a site to do it.
I highly recommend it, you can run games, homebrew and emulators with custom firmware
When i go to the infinity link there are no options showing which model psp , only one download option.
In the description one link is labeled for 1000, 2000, 3000 and Street. The other is labeled PSP Go. Infinity is universal

Where are you putting the isos on your SD card? It also could just be that specific iso is bad. You could try another source and see if it works then

You should be fine to proceed, 6.60 and 6.61 are the latest firmwares for PSP.

Make sure the iso file is in the game folder within the PSP folder on your sd card.
