Learn how to:
- Direct download tools from psp.lusidgames.com using the PSP web browser
- remove infinity and any old CFW by doing a clean install of 6.61 with chronoswitch
- Run Ark loader
- Run Ark Full Installer
- Run cIPL flasher, compatible with all PSP models
- Import classic plugins into ark plugin manager
- register new plugins with the ark custom launcher
- perform an online update to the latest Ark4

Damn, Love your collection. Btw I was waiting for you to make a video about PSP ! As I have been following up your content, I have to ask this. Recently, The PSP PSN hasn't been connecting. I tried contacting Playstation with no avail. Account management isn't working either. Can you look into this issue?

After being for so long in v6.20 PRO Fast Recovery, I decided to give ARK a try. I succefully installed but, as I didn't have an "Extra" menu, "Plugins" and "Custom Laucher" were added under "Games" and they both only opens the exact same parameters as "System". I beleive the ARK team didn't consider this condition.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

@@lusid1games It's a PSP-2010 and is not clear to me where is it from. It was bought in Mexico but some people in the internet say bought them in other countries.
Do you have to delete everything of your SD Card like remove all your home brew apps and stuff like that and if not will they all work properly? I’m down to 30 gigs left of a 128g sd and I know having to transfer that all back over will take a coupple hours I love your tutorials plz don’t stop I just got a psp last month I’m just now learning

@@icingdeathicingdeath5581 PSP only support WPA (1 not 2 or 3). So there are a few things you can try. If your WiFi supports setting up a guest network with lower security that’s the easy way. Some old androids phones let you set up a hotspot without a password. Otherwise a second WiFi router setup for legacy devices is probably the next best option.
My PSP connects to my wifi, I added funds to my wallet to buy parasite eve 2, but when I go into the App Store now that everything is set, the console freezes and then restarts, please help

@@gyrenrockz Yes, no need to hop through another CFW. Following this will get you there from any 6.xx CFW.

@@gronygroovy yes. Same process on the psp go. Just pick the psp-go download of the 6.61 firmware. None of the console require infinity anymore.
I got an old PSP Firmware 5.50 Prome-4, Does this method works to upgrade it to ARK-4?

You need to update the device to last firmware and you can do it.
I’m not the smartest about modding or anything so does this give u free downloaded games or?
@@Nba_Jway it doesn’t inherently come with games. It just installs the custom firmware.
@@lusid1games what does the custom firmware do?
@@Nba_Jway primarily it lets you run homebrew, such as emulators, and run backups/ISOs. It also has a lot of feature enhancements over the factory firmware and makes the system easier to repair if something goes wrong with the firmware.

what can u do with the new ARK4?
@@saoloannathan9011 Ark4 has a lot of features and fixes. You can change the UMD region, it fixes the save error on a lot of old games, it has a much improved iso driver, built in file manager, ftp server, resistance to soft bricks, a new plugin manager right in the xmb, and on and on.
Can I do this without a battery?
@@enriquepaniagua1133 if you’re already on 6.61 you can convert to ark, but you can’t run the 6.61 installer so this method may not work for you without a battery.

@Nba_Jway if you want to revert to an untouched OFW 6.61, re-run chronoswitch to reinstall 6.61 OFW, then delete all the ark items from your memory stick.
