Nya, I hate to say "I told you so" but I told you. While you were doing grow-up stuff I stayed as a little girl and it's much more fun. Now, what if you get small again and we are going to watch cartoons and play? ^^
yes. but it's literally the worst way to watch the episodes, especially on the sets of the day it was meant to be watched on. it's cropped up the wazoo to 16:9 except the logo at the end of the intro and credits, which are however native 16:9 but that's it. Unlike The Simpsons, Chip and Dale never got a 4:3 toggle, your essentially stuck with the cropped verison, which makes the picture look very zoomed in and weird.
This takes me back to the memory lane :) I can't believe it's been so long after this show aired on TV for the first time. I feel so freaking old right now...
Sadly the care that folks had for a series died off with the changing of heads in the Disney HQ,the money is all these assholes see nowadays instead of a great show with great storyline and solid plot.
I was 5 years old when I watched this show. And when my little nephew comes to that age of five, I'll definitely show him this cartoon. And that movie that they're making today ain't got nothing on the show itself!

I knew I had remembered the credits being like this. Watched the show when I was younger but only saw the actual credits a few times. the prints I saw as a kid didn't contain the credits like this most of the time. if it did, it was by complete accident. I would have to say chip n dale rr was the best disney cartoon I ranked it number 1 along with ducktales talespin goof troop and darkwing duck I remember how hard it was getting the Disney channel in the 1990s because it was a premium channel you had to pay extra our cable provider didn't have include it because of contract disputes but when Toon disney came out and all the classics were on there I couldn't wait to get it around 2001 best time to grow up at that time now all disney is just a bunch of teenage programs that dont have any sense its a shame what has happened to them bring back old disney or at least a channel like toon disney where nothing but classics are on I'll never stop watching the show's i grew up with even when i get to be 70

I loved this show, My younger 1/2 brother too his 1st 10yrs. This was a kickass way to bring back the Disney Legends of old to modern times at that time. It worked for DuckTales bringing back Scrooge McDuck, Donald Duck & His Nephews. For Tailspin, it bought back Baloo, Louie & Shere Khan from Disney's Jungle Book.

Manche wie Tom und Jerry kommen heute noch auf Sendern wie Super RTL, andere sind auf Nimmerwiedersehen aus dem Fernsehprogramm verschwunden und es gibt sie nur noch auf Streaming Portalen wie Netflix oder bei Disney Plus. Was ich nicht richtig finde! Selbst Kika ist nicht mehr das, was er einmal zu meiner Zeit war! Und auch Super RTL ist ohne oben aufgezaehlte Serien Mal abgesehen von Tom und Jerry nur noch Blödsinn! Denn leider wurden viele der Serien als Kindheitswohl gefaehrdend eingestuft, weil da auch Waffen und so weiter mit dabei waren, aber da hätte es man doch wie bei Animes machen können: da gibt es welche für Kinder und Jugendliche und dann nur für Erwachsene.
