Hi what really helps? DOes any exercise bring it up? My doctor says no. It seems like things just prolong the drop. I have 2 stage and have no life now. I am very sad and angry. My friends are having fun and I am sitting in a chair. I have no pain and no leakage. But I am sure that will happen soon. It’s easy for others to talk about it but if you have it you have no life. Estriol cream with kegels. Does that really help? I have tried it already for about 4 months. I don’t want and operation I hear lots of times you just need another on a few years later what really helps I can’t live like this. A healthy 69 year old with no life. Not overweight eat organic foods only was active with plenty of energy now I am just sad and angry

I know this is two years old. I just came across this I am in a similar situation. I am only 53 in perimenopause and have been living with stage two prolapse for the last two years it fluctuates with my weight it seems to get a little better the minute I lose a few pounds but the second I gained literally two or 3 pounds back it comes back. I am still getting my periods very sporadically, I was told this can happen towards the end though I noticed, when I do have my period, the prolapse is twice as bad lately I have noticed with this period now my prolapse has pretty much gone to a stage 3 because I feel it in my hand when I shower or wipe it is the worst and scariest feeling in the world. I also did hear that the surgery could be 50-50 at this point, I am leaning more towards having it because it is terrible to live this way. I cannot pick up my grandbabies if I have an event where I have family coming over and I have to be on my feet cooking and entertaining I pay for it that night with horrible pressure and I have to lay back with my feet up I feel like I am 90 years old. It is terrible. I want to exercise go back to my yoga I’ve tried PT, it help some but not completely 😔

Hi I found out a couple weeks ago that I have prolapse but unfortunately all the doctors are giving me a problem I even have a hernia in my belly button so I don't know what I'm supposed to do because the doctors don't do nothing I want this surgery as I'm in Major Pain with it cramps in my legs and stomach also and I have two kids with autism that I need to take care of so this isn't a playing game but none of the doctors are taking me serious I've already seen two of them and they're just playing around and what am I supposed to do as I want surgery but they're playing games this has been going on for two and a half months that I've been in pain and they don't want to listen as far as doing surgery for me it's ridiculous and very upsetting I don't know what I'm supposed to do at this point I even tried to call supervisor of the OB and no one's doing nothing so what next call my insurance I mean I don't know what to do here this is ridiculous and they won't really even give me pain medicine to help me
