For all asking, I made this with PB2 as a 1:1 substitute for the peanut butter. I needed to add a little more greek yogurt to get the right consistency, but the end result worked perfectly AND was lower calorie + more protein
A alittle more by your mean is 10g or less for greek yougurt?
I trialed 7g PB2 (just powder) instead of peanut butter and consistency was like a thick sauce. Did you mix PB2 with water first and if so how much?
pb i used usually had more sugar so better use the real one
@@terrythevillan I did not mix with any water. I replaced the Peanutbutter 1:1 with PB2 and slowly added smalls amounts of Greek yogurt until I got the right consistency

I made it today and it was absolutely great. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Definitely love the dessert recipes. I also like the idea of the reviews because some of that stuff seems a little sketchy when you’re walking through the store you see it lol. Thanks for another great video
Thanks for helping strangers across the world. Love the energy and knowledge you bring to everyone, you rock!
Thank you my friend!
Just made these and love them! Do a crockpot/meal prep recipe with the red lentil pasta and chicken perhaps!
I told myself no way this could be good, tried it and omg this is a life saver
Finally -- protein cookie dough that doesn't use casein! Nothing against casein, I just don't always have it on hand! 🍪
And I love the review! It'd be great if you did more!
Its a lot thiccer with casein
I used whey + casein blend and it tastes great
More reviews after a recipe, wold be gold
You rock! Thanks for everything that you bring to the eat well, stay healthy community!!
Literally paused the video and made this. Absolutely phenomenal, simple, delicious, superb way to get down some protein powder.
1st time in your channel. Great format straight to the point and very informative
Both recipes and tips are awesome!!
Used vanilla almond butter and it was DELISH. Thank you so much :)
excited to give this recipe a shot.
Also, it looks like the pan is different on the stove compared to the last video
love the tips and reviews
Gave this a try with some huel powder, turned out great, around 650 calories and 50g of protein with the stuff I found and it tasted good too
Thanks!!! Review was helpful too!!
I love the fact your back. I'm gonna try this recipe.

Yummy yum! I'm going to try this today!
And other than a change in the collection of drinking vessels and tea in the top shelf of the left top cabinet, I can't figure it out.
Tips AND reviews!! 💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
How's everyone doing?
Would you do an updated peanut butter cookie recipe with PB Fit?
Great, did about 5 of you recipes today of which 2 cheescakes, and i was wondering, i have a skyr yoghurt, can that replace the cream cheese or is the same thing as greek yogurt and could you tell some substitus for the cream cheese
Love the uploads!
I made the Protein Tuna Balls for my family for dinner tonight. Thanks!
I'm so happy that you've finally blown up over the last few months. The algorithm really finally gave you shot. Been with you since the days of only a few thousand subs
@@shahidnyker2900 We'll get there!!! Thank you my friend, I appreciate you hanging around this long.
Review of the day with the video?! That's so awesome 😊
SOOOOO YUMMY and GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍 this quick recipe ROCKS!!! keep'em more easy recipes like this one coming.
Specially to satisfy a sweet tooth like ME😁😁😁
I just made this with 1 tbsp of Sunflower butter and 1 tbsp of the Trader Joe's Speculoos Crunchy Cookie Butter as the 2 tbsp of nut butter. I know that's not something everyone has...but if you go to TJ's then you prob know how good that. cookie butter is. I inhaled the 1 serving...so good!
NOTE: I added a little more greek yogurt for my take on this and I left it in the fridge for about 30min. Next time I am going to leave it in for about 45min!
Awesome Matthew!
Great video! Just made this recipe and it's chillin' in the fridge for a few. Thanks for sharing this!
Hey man, you can probably take it out of the fridge now
@@chrisr393 😂😂😂😂
Keep making the dessert videoes i love them. And is it maybe the salt thingy down on the stove?
Just made some. It came out more like brownie batter even when I kept adding protein powder but it still taste delicious. Gonna let it sit in the fridge for a bit.
Same 😂 I added an extra 40g of protein powder and it still never clumped up. It must be the protein powder that I’m using.
just made it with almond butter, plain Greek yogurt, plain grass fed whey , honey, and vanilla extract. tasted 😋. rest is going in fridge until tonight. 😂
I’m gonna try making this and adding rice crispys
I must look out for that pasta. The cookie dough looks tasty.
For anyone using pb2 or pbfit i did the protein powder, then 31g of powdered peanut butter, then the honey, and then greek yougurt, then add more greek yogurt since ur using powder for peanut butter and it will be powdery, and if ur using something like isopure for protein powder that isnt that sweet, you can add stevia, and it will add a bit of texture
mine ended up like a thick chunk of peanut butter instead, any idea what went wrong?
I’ve been looking for recipes like this that don’t involve artificial sweetener. These ingredients are all natural and anti-inflammatory, which I love. I feel like other youtubers are in the race to make the lowest calorie alternatives, but the downside is that your stomach won’t like it. Great recipe!
I’ll try this one, this weekend 🙂🙂🙂🙂
By the way, this is my fav youtube channel ❤✨❤️✨
This is a must try ‼️👀
What a lovely cat!!!! Also amazing recipe!
Reviews would be pretty cool as well. You da man
Hi Protein Chef! I just came across your channel yesterday and I'm loving every videos. It seems that many of your recipes involve greek yogurt. Do you have a suggestion for substituting the yogurt for those of us who are "attempting" a dairy free lifestyle? Would a non-dairy yogurt yield the same results? Thank you for great content!
Hey Sandy! Non-dairy should be fine!
Looks delicious man. Is it a new pan? The lid?
which protein powder, without filler, do you use??
More reviews on products you would use/buy that’s great!
I like the Barilla legume pastas, but don't try to go al dente - needs to be thoroughly cooked. The chickpea might taste a little better, the lentil has slightly better macros. Once I got used to it, I like it about as well as regular noodles.
Would it be okay to do it with PB2 and skip the honey and perhaps use stevia?
what if you have an allergy to nuts what can you substitute for the nut butter??
Protein Pasta+ Protein Cookie Dough inside a protein brownie= perfect protein date night 👌🏻😂
Hopefully your girlfriend enjoys protein farts
Is there a alternative for protein powder?
Is there anything I can use as a Nut Butter alternative as I have a nut allergy?
I absolutely love your Recipes I even get my kids to eat them
That's awesome Tawny!!! Do they have a favorite?
The ziti, waffles and the cheese cake in microwave
I feel like a bit of vanilla extract would be good. And maybe some pasteurized egg white? Ooh and salt.
Hey how many grams of a pb2 or almond powder would I use for this?
No honey or peanut butter right now, so i subbed sugar free syrup and nutella. So damn good and I love the simplicity
Love it!
what can i swap the pb with pls ?
i made this with strawberry flavored protein and almond butter and its fantastic though i have put 25gr powder (1 scoop) i see your video putting more...
For how long can we keep it in the fridge?
any replacement for greek yoghurt?
Can I use this as a crust for cheesecake?
Just curious-if you don’t have Protein Powder, could you sub almond flour just for binding purposes?
Can you use cottage cheese instead of Greek yogurt?
i don’t have greek yogurt what could i use
does it work with a vegan protein powder?
Well it didn't really form a cookie dough consistency for me and I didn't feel like adding more powder. But it made smth better I added sugar free maple syrup along with natural peanut butter as the substitution for the peanut butter and the honey. I also added some salt to make it extra peanut buttery. This led to it having a crazy salted caramel taste along with a cheesecake taste and a toffee texture once I refrigerated it. In conclusion it made a salted peanut caramel toffee cheesecake.
Please do more protein recipes without protein powder like you did on the last video
Have you made this by subbing the nut butter for PBfit
Yum
Is there a way to make this with PB2? I haven't used actual peanut butter in a long time, and I don't even have any right now. This looks really good though so I'd love to try it.
I just tried it with 32 grams and it works! I was also using casein so it took about 200 grams of yogurt to mix properly. After experimenting I might using a little less pb2 to get less of a peanut butter taste. Hope this helps!
@@smokyjoe3255
Thank you!
I'll try it.
Lentil pasta is the ONLY pasta my household including the kids eat and we all love it!!! I would never go back to regular pasta.
That's awesome. How do you usually eat it?
@@TheProteinChef use it in my spaghetti and meatballs, make pasta salads with it. Make pasta bakes with it. I cook it in the instant pot and on the stove top. Made the cookie dough today and added some sf marshmallows and protein cereal for Crunch and it is delish!
Can you microwave instead of baking?
This cookie dough
Ugh
I love you lol
my cookie dough came out very tough and sitcky, i tried to keep adding pb2 and protein powerder and its getting tougher lol, might be cause my protien powerder is out of date by 6months idk
Used a sugar free syrup instead of a honey and holy shit, I have a new post workout snack.
Tips & Reviews would be cool, IMO.
In the top left cupboard, the two white containers that are in front of the larger clear container. Hope I’m right!
Damn the protein chef aged life fine freaking wine
👀👴
looks awesome in your video but i tried it out... no way i can get this texture by adding protein oder some yoghurt kinda sad but it tastes good
I recently tried chick pea pasta and I didn’t care for it. I didn’t really care for the taste nor the texture. Never had lentil pasta though!
cooking spray?
Please make anabolic halo top home made ice cream by using ninja creami or ice cream machine
Is there something we can use other than a nut butter? My wife can’t have any nuts
Hey, about the giveaway - its the green capped bottle next to the oil on the right of the microwave
Commenting for the RUclips algorithm
Yumi 🍓😘🍫
From someone with an insatiable sweet tooth, this video is a life saver
Are these recipes possible without Greek yoghurt? 😭😔
Don't have honey. Could I use anything else as a substitute? Not Agave though. Stevia?
Sugar free syrup
Tips and reviews. Mix it up 🤙🏾
Is the powder whey or vegan ?
Excellent 👌 just tried it with my son also!
Anyone got a nut butter replacement? Nothing against it but would like the option to not have the nut flavour.
Cashew butter, when mixed with other ingredients, can taste like cookie dough.
@@Kimnicpat thanks!
Looks good but that is a way too high of a calorie content for a "snack" when I'm dieting. That's almost equivalent to 2 snicker bars lol. I might try to substitute PB2 instead of the nut butter.
Have you ever tried this with a Coconut yogurt? I love Greek Yogurt but I can't do dairy anymore. :-/
Coconut yogurt should work just as good!
protein churros. Lets do it!
I think after that we need to drink a lot of water bcuz of protein powder 🍫🍩
Instead of saying 1 scoop, can you give grams? All proteins scoops aren’t the same, nor the same serving per scoop. Example. One brands scoop may be 20g of protein while another is 14g per scoop.
What kind of protein powder do you use for your cooking? Or does it not matter at all? Lol
it is a different pan on the stove
Subs for nut butter?
nice intro
I insist on all of my flatware being solid gold. It's just not the same with the cheap 10k plated stuff.
