After making this recipe I would like to suggest cutting the amount of brown sugar down to 3/4 cup, or less. I normally love brown sugar everything (and it is the most important part of chocolate chip cookies) but these turned out waaaaay too sweet made with just 1 cup of brown sugar instead of 1.5 cups.

I've actually made this recipe before in both fashions, browned butter and the microwaved version. I'd say it comes down to personal preference on the taste, but for me, I prefer it non-browned as I was generally eating this cooled or mixed into ice cream. I feel like the browned butter goes better if you follow through with baking the cookies. Again, all personal preference, but I'd personally lean towards room temp/softened/microwaved butter.
This is the basic cookie dough i learned... it's older than farts.... idk why the big deal of edible cookie though raw, I've know this my entire life, and they taste like childhood.
I made these today, currently have it chilling in the fridge, the batter seemed more flaky/dry probably because i didn't have enough butter, but it does taste delicious, you can taste the difference without the eggs inside the batter. I love this recipe, I actually was successful on baking with the recipe, I just left the batter in the freezer over night and then put it in the fridge so it can be soft enough to separate into portions and it tastes like a regular chocolate chip cookie!

So, this popped up in my recommended, 11:19 pm and no chocolate chips. Cut to me ripping open several bags of m&m’s from my son’s uneaten Halloween candy. 😂 gotta do what you gotta do💁🏼♀️

Flour- 2 1/4 cup
Butter- 1 cup butter
Brown sugar-1 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract- 2 tsp +more
Milk- 2 tbsp

After making this recipe I would like to suggest cutting the amount of brown sugar down to 3/4 cup, or less. I normally love brown sugar everything (and it is the most important part of chocolate chip cookies) but these turned out waaaaay too sweet made with just 1 cup of brown sugar instead of 1.5 cups.

That's why you need to come to France! Our chickens are vaccinated against salmonella, whereas in the US the eggs themselves get bleached but there is still a high risk of salmonella remaining in the egg. So here you can eat all the cookie dough and bake mix you want.

Stephanie Paul I know you have good intentions, but salmonella is not something that you can’t vaccinate against. It comes from the digestive system. Although they have created a spray ‘vaccine’ it doesn’t work always. Moral of the story: don’t eat raw eggs, no matter where you live.

He didn't invent it. It's been around for decades. Tons of versions. When I was young I had a bunch of cookbooks that were specifically recipes of raw cookie doughs. It's a good video, but he didn't "invent" it.

I've actually made this recipe before in both fashions, browned butter and the microwaved version. I'd say it comes down to personal preference on the taste, but for me, I prefer it non-browned as I was generally eating this cooled or mixed into ice cream. I feel like the browned butter goes better if you follow through with baking the cookies.
Again, all personal preference, but I'd personally lean towards room temp/softened/microwaved butter.
This is the basic cookie dough i learned... it's older than farts.... idk why the big deal of edible cookie though raw, I've know this my entire life, and they taste like childhood.

I made these today, currently have it chilling in the fridge, the batter seemed more flaky/dry probably because i didn't have enough butter, but it does taste delicious, you can taste the difference without the eggs inside the batter. Hoping the end result will be good. Next time i make anything with chocolate chips i will be trying out your chocolate chip cookie brownie recipe. I love this recipe, I actually was successful on baking with the recipe, I just left the batter in the freezer over night and then put it in the fridge so it can be soft enough to separate into portions and it tastes like a regular chocolate chip cookie!
