I tried the unicorn cookie dough. My flour burned in the microwave and the cookie dough I made looks like brown sugar. I tried it and it tastes AMAZING. I added a little too much vanilla extract tho. When my friend tried it she said it tastes exactly like Starbucks!

To make sure the flour doesn't burn, you can put it in the oven for 5 minutes in a 180°C/350°F preheated oven !
I’m glad for this because whenever I made cookies my favorite part was ALWAYS the cookie dough, it was better than the cookie itself lmao.

I made this for my niece and nephew and OMG it's lovely!!! Seriously so good! My only suggestion would be if you heat your flour to sift it afterwards, mostly because it gets a little clumpy after heating! BUT IT'S SOOOO GOOD!!!

I actually tried it, since I wanted a dessert that's easy to make, and non bake. It was super easy, I had all the ingredients and it was super easy! I enjoyed it each bite, it was sweet, but not overpowering sweet. I loved this Recipe! ❤

Ok I never comment on videos and I know I’m 2 years late but omg. These were sooo good. I tried the chocolate chip one and it was delicious! The second time I did it I doubled the batch because my sister ate most of mine 😂 I also mixed it in ice cream and it was really good! 👍🏼

First of all, the disease isn't salmonella but rather a strand of e coli that comes from animal feces.
Second of all, do you have any statistics? Research? Sources? Because you can't base your experience on _yourself_
I am saying that ,yes, you are lucky if you don't pre heat your flour. Just because you didn't suffer from it doesn't mean others will. You don't go around not washing your vegetables do you? Exactly, since things like dirt and who knows what else could be found on it.
It's the same thing for flour except this time you can't see the dirt (in this example -- a better word would be bacteria).
Please don't spread around false information. Judging by your profile you're most likely a teenager so your body can handle a lot more however young children and the elderly cannot.
Again, there is nothing wrong with heat treating your flour -- it legit costs you nothing.
On another note, if you heat treat your flour in the pan or oven you can get reportedly nutty flavours out of it -- giving your dish a greater taste! 😁

I know I’m late, but just in case this is helpful:
COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE
1. Using a microwave-safe bowl, place 1 cup flour in the microwave. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each one. Use an instant-read thermometer to test in several places to see if it has reached 165°F. If you get a lower reading, return it to the microwave.
2. Once flour cools, separated out 1/2 cup. Add 1/4 tsp of baking soda and 1/8 tsp salt. Combine.
3. In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of softened butter, 3 tbsp brown sugar, and 3 tbsp white granulated sugar. Combine.
4. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to wet bowl. Combine.
5. Add 1 tbsp milk. Combine.
6. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and partially mix.
7. Add any add-ins and finish combining.

The unicorn sugar cookie dough is AMAZING but my flour burned in microwave and got a little stuck to plate easy to wash off though I ate a spoonful and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes it was SO hard waiting to eat while it was in the freezer its AMAZING
