I have a question: I've just gotten an osmosis 4, holyland adapter and MKE 200 but I find the volume is really low and the self-noise is pretty load no matter what I do. So, 2 questions: Is that what you found? Also, I have the gain on the Oslo at 20. What did you set it as? Thanks in advance

Bought all in your Amazon store (already had Action 4) so when you took DJI mic out of side that was DJI receiver you put on top with USB c to USB c correct?

The MKE 200 sounds like it pops when you cut the audio. My Rode video micro did that too.. so I only used it once outdoors. Its good for indoor use with no wind but it failed for me outdoors.
I am so confused regarding microphones for my brand new Action 4 camera. I have a wireless microphone (I haven't even used the camera yet. Will I need another microphone that is wired and attached to the camera? Thx!

I have tried the Sarmonic trs and trrs with a lavalier mic and a condenser mic and the Action 3 does not recognize any external mics at all.??????????
What about a 3.5 m8c and charging at the same time, the adaptor to do this would have been good,but good video
Good Video, Now all someone has to do is make an adapter or dual cord like the old cynovo so you can charge and connect mic.
I am really thinking of getting the fulaim x5 and the action 4 because with that i can harge my action 4 and also use the mic, which is a must have feature for me.

@@BullyOG you can use the existing USB c plug of the fulaim and use pass through charging.
From what I have seem it's the only mic to have that along with internal recording.
Did your action 4 accidentally go to scuba mode when plugging those devices? Mine keeps doing that when using a generic amazon usb. tnks

Did the FULAIM X5 is plug and play with OAC4? and is there any issues/problems with it's connection or interference? i just ordered 1 from amazon, DJI MIC is OP for me.. Greetings from philippines.
Yes plug and play and can be plugged into the side of it. I prefer mounting it to my cage and using a usb c cable though

Same you have to remove the usb cable for speaker to start again which is annoying. One thing I love about the meetsummer x1 wireless mics I recently tested. Is that it has a phone speaker option which lets the speaker work on the action 4 while using usb mics

Not ANY mic. I have an Action 4 and bought a Boya Lavalier mic and the Action 4 will not reconise it at all and I have tried everything to get it to work!
Hah. Same cage and same cable as I use the Lark 150. Point of note the SmallRig cage has the cold shoe mount off centre, most have it in the middle. This means with the Lark 150 or something of similar size it does not obscure the record button.

Hi. I recently got the Osmo Action 4 and couldn’t be happier with this camera. Now, I just ordered the AnkerWork M650 wireless microphone, and the receiver doesn’t fit (even removing the USB-C cover). Would the SmallRig cage solve this issue? Thanks!
It would work by adding a cold shoe to mount the Anker. You would then require a usb c extension cable or the usb to 3.5mm cable I recommend In this video.

Two months ago, I bought an Osmo Action camera, since the beginning it had a focus issue. I took it to the authorized assistance, after inspection by the technician, he found that it had a focus issue, I left it under warranty, after two weeks they returned the camera without fixing it and did not give me another one. Advice, do not buy DJI brand camera, you will lose your money. Thanks

Does the small rig case allow you to use the original DJI magnetic clip or do you have to buy the one from small rig?
