Please remember that they lost their seasonal coat (winter) and look thinner (plus straggly coats) than what we've seen in other months, b/c of summer. SAF has fed them well and kept them healthy.

As someone who has known this channel for 2 years, I just want to say thank you, not only for saving the foxes from the fur farm, but for all the animals that have helped throughout their existence
I mean take a look around you and how many eat meat or other animal products? Thats basically the same scheme and exploitation. Its unfortunately pretty "normal" in our society and you probably eat meat, cheese, eggs or drink milk too right? Its basically the same.
@@derek4177It is not the same at all. When you raise animals for food, the whole thing is used. They kill the foxes just for fur and the rest is wasted. Dairy cows are treated very well by good farmers. Happy, healthy cows produce more milk. I will agree that poultry and pork production is not great. I will give you that.

No matter how many times i see those foxes in their wire cages..... it's always heartbreaking.😢💔 I bet they have a blanket for the first time when they are placed in the transport crate.... It's so disgusting the conditions they have to live in, but the people who farm them for fur don't care about the animals condition as they just want their fur off their backs. (assuming that health/medical wise it was no worse than slaughtered meat, but without the meat ever being part of a living animal)
@@dexter9313 Absolutely, I agree. When I was in my 30s I had gotten to the point of what our Meeting called "Quaker Kosher". That is, if it has legs and a face, don't eat it. I had even gotten to the point of being Pescatarian, but then I ate too many carby pasta salads and casseroles and gained about 20 pounds. And I really love Rib Eye, Filet and Prime Rib on a special occasion. Hopefully we can soon raise a meatless generation.

@@Firefly_TheSilly It's okay don't worry. But basically theses fancy colors don't exist in the wild, they are the result of selective breeding. In the wild, in terms of Red foxes (it's the name of the species) you can only find orange foxes. Every other color is the sign of a non wild fox (and comes with a highter risk of genetic defects, wich is also one of the reasons why theses foxes aren't gonna be released in the wild, so they don't breed with wild foxes and pass their weak genes futher. Having never touch ground before and lacking instincts and wild education is also why they wouldn't survive in the wild...)

My favorite was Valentine. He looked like a happy little werewolf. It's hard when we lose them. Mikayla was so broken up that she had to take some time before she could even talk about him.
