Got a pair of these puppies fitted to my 1290 last week, very happy with them. The light output is absurd! For the x beam lights, I had to leave at 10% for night time, anything more than this I consider it to be excessive.
@Romenet310 Yeah, KTM 2024 SAS. I don't know where you live, but I live in Europe, and got mine from ABikeThing, they have a store and a RUclips channel with lots of information about everything. There's a video that BigRockMoto made about the D7Ps that moved me over the ledge to buy them.
@@Romenet310 Ah, forgot ti list the parts, sorry. I got mines fitted using the Hex Ezcan, and a set of extension cables, from them. The Hex is plugged to the diagnostic port below the pillion seat, and I ran the 4 cables underneath the tank, to be tiddy. The lights are mounted using Denali mounts to my crashbars.
Hi Tony, a fabulous thorough video. Those lights are impressive. Have you seen the LED Colights ones? Half the lumens, but nearly a third of the price. Maybe worth a comparison video. Anyway, very informative and impressive. Thank you👍
I bet your xmas tree at home is like Blackpool Tower. And a goid job your bike isn't plugged into the national grid. Power cuts. The ezycan is the impressive thing. It's separate loom in effect, running like a subroutine on a computer programme so you dont have to hack the main loom. Really clever. But yes great lights. Excellent edit, btw. Ride safe 👍
A brilliant video, it must take ages to get all the different camera angles showing how to remove the bodywork etc. I liked the amber diffuser setup at the end, plenty of light at the sides with a good distance throw from the other 4 lights. Hope you are healing OK?
A quick question please Tony, on the fuel tank removal. I tried tanking my fuel tank off a while ago, I just couldn’t get the fuel connector off, no matter what I did. Can you give a more detailed explanation on what you do to detach the main fuel supply connector from the tank please. 👍
It can be tricky, I found if you push the connector as. If you’re trying to push it on further, before pressing in the white release tab, it’ll then pull off easlily.
Hi, I do not have cornering lights on my bmw f800gs so I need some lights for that mainly, to spreed more light on mountain curves..so please what do you recommended? Regards
Most LED units if positioned correctly should help with that, but I’d look out for ones with a diffuser lens. Is was surprised and how much difference they made
Hello I have a 2017 africa twin an if the side emblem light are compatible I would like to buy them from you when or if you remove them from your bike an if you diside to sell them please thank you.
Stunning lights. Really impressive. Looking forward to see these compared to Lone Riders new Moto Light 👍

KTM 1290 SA? If so I’m interested to know what all you had to buy and any tips you may have.

Cheers, yep it means the install takes much longer to do! Getting there thanks!

When did lights get so expensive? 🤔
Why not put LED indicators on the each side of the topcase?
I like yellow diffuser
Hexcan price? Do you have discount code?
On the tank? I just found them distracting from my riding position at night. Sadly I do not have a discount code.
Hi,my Africa twin is 2020,i also using ezcan for d7pro but i Can't turn on the centre light function, can teach me how is it setup?
Did you run two wire looms to each light?
As @blade1535 said, if you’ve connected each wire seperately to the ezCAN then the instructions in the video for the software set up will work

If your side badges measure 62mm then they should be ok.
