Just imagine how evil you would have to be to send innocent people to prison even to the point of having some of their children taken away!! This man is pure evil.
Like how can you fight against an officer who has sworn to “protect and serve”….But is willing to commit felonies against those very same people he swore to protect and serve??
"Evil" is really the only word for it, too. I found out about this guy from a video posted on _Audit the Audit's_ RUclips channel -- where he frames a grandmother. Beyond disgusting. And I am 90% sure that the female cop (who appeared to be his partner) was _absolutely aware_ of what he was doing, because of the almost mocking response she had to the poor framed woman _("Theresa, you're going to jail!"_ or something like that). I Pray she gets caught eventually, too!
@DS-hy6ld that was exactly what I thought when I watched it. She said it in a mocking way. These officers are pure evil. Plus 12 and a half years is a joke he should have gotten much longer.
@@DS-hy6ldI would bet there have been eyes on that bunch since this happened. I'm with you, I don't see how he was doing this so often and no one caught on.

He did there was a couple people that have videos explaining how they split up with there significant other due to them being in jail and what not this guy is the biggest POS I feel for those people
This guy is a monster. Destroying innocent lives because he had the power to do so. Just watched the video of the sweet old lady he pulled over for faulty break lights, being all nice and friendly to her while planting drugs in her car not giving a stuff as to what his actions are doing to people so long as he looks good. Glad he was found guilty and jailed but should have been given a longer sentence.
@@Jwhipification Yeah, I've always heard that if you don't laugh it off or find the humor in them asking you a question like if you have bazookas or hand grenades, that law enforcement usually considers it suspicious. It's insane the type of "logic" many cops use.
Those facial ticks are out of anger and nervousness. He is fuming inside because the prosecutor is questioning him and he no longer has the illusion that he is in control anymore. His authority is being questioned and he cannot stand it. Typical for people like him. He is nervous because he knows he is lying and that he is slowly getting cornered in his cross examination. He thinks he is so clever but also fears that the truth will come out.
To this day, he’s never admitted what he did and apologized for it. His portly wife and so called pastor spoke at his sentencing about how remorseful and awesome he is.
You’re so dead right. He’s the typical narcissist pretty much like all cops but the fact he is the one being accused, questioned and not powerful in the situation is absolutely infuriating to him.
Never, ever consent to a search or seizure. Never answer questions. Never give up your rights. Patriots have died so you could have them. That’s how important they are.
They don't have to consent... Cops use the dogs to circumvent you not consenting to a search and seizure. Once they deploy the K9 ,he will alert all day every day. ( even though there may be nothing in the car) . So they say they got probable cause to conduct a search. And there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop them from searching your car, even if you say YES they CAN or NO they CAN'T.
He acknowledges he knows the majority of the US populous doesn’t realize this in the first 20mins. A majority of cops use this against us every single day.
The police should be subjected to double sentences because they’re employed by the people to uphold our laws and protect our rights. There should also be mandatory minimums for violations of oath. Our law enforcement is an embarrassment to our country and the biggest threats in our communities.
@Stephanie Ella Sadly, those of us outside the US have a very poor opinion on American Law enforcement. It seems that the standards set for entry to the Police Service are sooo low they are almost laughable. It certainly tells us that the US is not a safe place for tourists. I certainly couldn't visit there again.
@@elizabethgrogan8553 it’s safe for tourists, I’d just recommend meeting a local friend or family member so you’re not alone. His dad didn’t have to deal with phone cameras and have to wear one himself. But his dad most likely contributed to the causes of why police have to wear cameras.
He was probably doing this for accolades and promotions to show his dad what a good cop he is, trying to show his dad he's a better cop than his dad and looking for his dad to be proud of him. Instead, he lies and ruins innocent people's lives. Im sure daddy is real proud of him now!!!
@Common Division veteran and sheriff both spelled wrong. I would hope in your 64 years you could (at the very least) allow your smart phone to spell check for you.
@Common Division you salute him for being a criminal who manufactured crimes against innocent citizens? So, being a dirty cop is an honorable character trait? Why was he prosecuted? Why did fellow officers testify against him? He went through the judicial system and was given every right afforded anyone accused of a crime or crimes. He was found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury of his peers and is now a convicted criminal awaiting sentencing. If you salute a person like this than you are no better than the lowest dirtbag you arrested.

I 100% agree but I do have a different take on the situation what if his dad was the type “you’ll never live up too me “ type vibe and he’s doing this too be like the best cop getting so many “drug busts “ too get his fathers approval.
I watched Audits video of this...over n over and he 100% went and sat in his car BEFORE starting the search on odems truck, got out WITH IT IN HIS HAND, then went to her truck opened the door and it was still in his hand until he puts it on the blanket then covers it up while putting his gloves on to 'begin' the search then "magically" finds it. I agree with you but defendants are told by their lawyers to look at the jury when answering questions.. i watch a lot of trials, some people do it and some dont. They should stop telling their clients to look at the jury because it's awkward and cringy. It probably makes jurors uncomfortable to, especially knowing the jurors don't know the defendant was advised to look at them. It's creepy.
His nose goes crazy when prosecutor mentions car and then his eye starts twitching, cheek gets redder and sweating picks up. He knows this has to be the performance of his life and the most convincing he has to be as he has no records at all to back his story. He hadn't even written a sentence about it, marked anything or reported anything, told anybody else about it, until he claims he told superiors in meetings.
Every single one of these victims should get their cases and charges vacated/overturned. They should slap him with every civil suit allowed by law. Those poor people suffered greatly. Prosecutor has led him quietly into a few traps he wasn't smart enough to see, like he constantly testified with a felony he had no discretion but later in his testimony he has him admitting he had the discretion not to arrest the woman with kids in the car and one of the others,. I love how he didn't attack him just let him keep detailing his excuses for every little thing, talking to much and making his story so perfect where nothing was his mistake it was all other people, camera malfunctions, coincidence or semi trucks going by, never once something he forgot, did accidentally (like I didn't realise I had lent on the seat and switched the camera off and turned it back on as soon as I realised) or can't explain from memory, when a story is so perfect it's got to have lies in it!
Body cameras should be on all officers, they are turn on at the start of the shift and don't turn off till the end of the shift. Officers should not be able to turn them off or mute them. If they stop working an alarm should sound at the station and the officer is pulled in to change the camera. He is also getting very mad at the prosecutor when he keeps asking questions about why his body camera wasn't on. Like I already answered that question and why do you keep asking it! Meanwhile, the few truths he manages to tell, which is usually when the Prosecutor says something the defendant is okay with, inmate WESTER casually blinks 2-3 times and his face relaxes. To even have the consistent effort/confidence to destroy lives is just ashame this guy needs the harshest penalty!! He needs to be the perfect example for officers related to these type of offenses!!
I've watched a little over an hour of this testimony (and didn't view Wester's questioning by his attorney or the earlier days of the trial) and find it curious why the prosecutor hasn't asked why Wester found any necessity of doing vehicle searches on every single traffic stop, however minor the alleged infraction may have been. I find it extremely suspicious for any officer to proceed in such a rigorous manner. It strains credulity, to put it mildly.
Just imagine how evil you would have to be to send innocent people to prison even to the point of having some of their children taken away!! This man is pure evil.
Pure arrogant evil

This guy is a monster. Destroying innocent lives because he had the power to do so. Just watched the video of the sweet old lady he pulled over for faulty break lights, being all nice and friendly to her while planting drugs in her car not giving a stuff as to what his actions are doing to people so long as he looks good.

Oh it had a reason, thats a quick way to be promoted. The reason was money, status and power.
He's arrogant act when he is committing these crimes he's feeling very proud of himself looking at these helpless people. hope he will find solace in prison and hoping he will serve his full 12yrs in prison.
One of the most dangerous predators in plain view
A real life MONSTER
Well, with this conviction, they will look at all of his other arrests and if there is even a hair out of place the case would get dropped...at least it usually does in most jurisdictions
Agreed …. just a waste of human skin
SO many cops are Narcissists
Could his right nostril be twitching because he's lying? To me he seems like he's cocky, he thinks he smarter than most cops, lawyers. I think he's corrupt do you see how he looks at the jury almost like saying i'm a good cop you have to believe me. I think he's a bad cop. Really no video on all these cases come on.
Witnesses are supposed to direct their answers to the jury. He will have experience of testifying in court in his previous role as a cop (i.e. before he was sacked). I think the twitching is an indicator that he's lying. There's a lot of discussion on here concerning whether he's lying but it's easy to tell with this defendant- if his lips are moving, he's lying.
Yes, I agree
You think he's a bad cop? Whatever gave you that impression?
I said same thing, everyone has a tell sign, some a little harder than others to tell but everyone has a tell.
The stupidest people on earth think they are the smartest. They are so dumb they lack the ability to calculate intelligence in others. Folks with really high IQs must seem "weird and dumb" to him because they don't all like NASCAR, wrestling and bud light. I tested at 142 in grade school and was in gifted classes until college, although I would never tell anyone that I am "super smart" because I realize how many disciplines I know little to nothing about... yet I have a few friends who are dumb as a box of bricks, probably don't even break 90-100 on the IQ, and they all believe they are more intelligent than me and more intelligent than EVERYONE for that matter... I can tell in their body language and mannerisms, the way they carry themselves in conversation and public interactions.
They mostly fix trucks and I manage a million dollars plus in finances per month... So... yeah. The stupider you are, the more intelligent you BELIEVE you are. LOL
For small amounts of drugs, they should test the skin of the person (like the hands) and do a urine test. If both come back negative then it should be assumed that the drugs were planted
I have been arrested several times. Spent many days in jails and prison. Every time (except 1, long story) I was 10000000% guilty of all crimes I was charged. I’ve also spent many times in interrogation rooms and courtrooms. I say all this to point out, in my opinion, he makes his attempts at deception so glaringly obvious by being overly-agreeable on small insignificant details where it doesn’t hinder his defense in an attempt to look honest and eager to “get the truth out”. I recognize this because I’ve done it. (I’d like to add I was a heroin addict, not a police officer ruining lives just for fun) His actions are absolutely disgraceful. There’s already such a mistrust in law enforcement. He should be held accountable to the fullest extent. And then some!
Spot on my friend. Spot on
Exactly, he also says "I apologize sir" a lot of things that don't even matter. Seems to be trying his best to win the jury over.
@@thepsalms2806 exactly!! Overly agreeable.
Your right on target with your observations and I wish you the best going forward with your recovery💚
That officer is innocent, he's being farmed and railroad beyond belief.
They should look into his father's career as well he learned it from somewhere
I was thinking about that but it could be the case that maybe he was just so into impressing his father with all his record amount of drug busts that he was driven to do all this b******* to impress
@@arlenmargolin1650 yea but if it was legit then the boy would also know and try to competing so he started a lil drug called HGH (HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE)

Imagine how many thousands of people are in prison before the cops body cams.
The more I watch Wester the clearer it becomes, how arrogant he is, in his self belief in his power over others.
Wondering what he was like growing up.
Or what he is like at home if he has a family. God complex...possibly abusive.
A cocky SOB!
You have your.story so complete in your own eyes that you believe your own lies are the truth. He gets so. Confident and he tries in his own way to be that which he comes across for himself but the body language s few him up even more. Narcissist he is. It's the only thing I see and can believe a guy like this who acts like this is.
Yes it’s very telling.... he probably believes he did nothing work
He still believes he'll get away with it. Reality/karma hasnt caught up with him yet, hope he gets the max sentence and they will have to PC him up because he'll get jumped / shanked if they find out about him.
The fact he's going with "a semi drove past and it blew away" shows he has no respect for the job
I outright busted out laughing when he spewed out that BS! What's amazing as a cop or ex-cop he actually thought people would believe that. Also, was he holding the baggy only with the tips of his pinky and thumb that the mighty wind of the trucks would blow this bag out of his hand? For someone who seems to be a pro liar more than a cop, one would think he'd be a little better with his BS lies.
@@Laveluvcrew He was not a good cop, he was not a good person and he is not even a good liar. The way he lied not even him believes it. During the sentence hearing his pastor said, that there should be more people like Wester out there, oh God NOOO, that would be an endless nightmare to have snatchers Wester's out there. His wife stated that Wester's life was ruined due to this. The people of Florida did not do anything to Wester. When all these people were wrongfully arrested and falsely imprisoned Wester didn't care to ruin people's life so that he could move up higher. Fortunately the critter got caught and is now taking a big dose of his own medicine
@@robertinoyanzanny275 I totally agree! Reading your comment though, I hope you aren't saying or think I thought he was a good cop, or good person though!? And know that I was being totally sarcastic when I said he should be a better liar?
What goes around , comes around when he gets to prison.
Hope so
1:02:00 so it doesn't take long to look in a pill bottle but earlier he said he couldn't tell from a quick look about the drugs that flew off the seat from the wind from the semi trucks by the highway. 42:00, I hope a jury member catches that contradiction since the prosecutor missed it.
I wondered if anyone else noticed that but I did think he lead him to that trap.
They should have no interaction with the public or able to arrest anyone without the footage.
@Yvonne Bowman • YES! And if the cop’s body cam stops recording for any reason, the alarm that goes off will in turn kick into default mode and automatically record to the main frame.
“I dont wanna give u the wrong answer -side eye- acting all in the moment “ 😂😂😂😂
Bruh has all the GUILT
I really hope the jury notices the twitches!!
I was wondering if they can see since they are in the audience
@@dianar6235 haha..I was really angry last night watching him testify. I am sure they saw. 🤦♀️
@@deannajack6755 lol I think we all shared the same anger, my friend. They'd all have to be blindfolded to miss all that twitch. It did warm my heart knowing just how angry he was getting and couldn't do jack about it. Completely vulnerable like his victims and stripped of his state appointed power trip.
He despises that man how dare he questioned his authority? LOL
As You can see from my multiple

He reminded me too much of
BTK, THE AIRFORCE OFFICER

What people don’t realize is how often things like this happen, I’d wager my rent money that over 90% of narcotics cops are dirty to various degrees.
I love how he can't look at the prosecutor when answering the questions, he has to turn to the jury. That is a clear sign of someone who is not trying to convince the person he is talking to but trying to convince someone else of his story. He is also trying to read signals from the jury if they are believing his story. When you are trying to convince someone of your story, you look to the person for signals to see if they believe it. He doesn't care if the prosecutor believes his story, he cares about the jury, so he is constantly looking towards the jury, especially when he is telling his story, to see if they are believing him or if he needs to change his approach.
He is also getting very mad at the prosecutor when he keeps asking questions about why his body camera wasn't on. Like I already answered that question and why do you keep asking it! Despite the fact that these are all different cases when his body cam was not on. In his mind he already answered the question for one case and you should know that applies to all these cases. Despite no other officers having these technical issues! Wow! This guy really believes his lies will convince a jury!
That is What he is supposed to do. Convince the jury and not the prosecuter.
With his extreme narcissism I can bet he was thinking in his mind that he is crushing the DA. And just like most narcissists he believes he's the real victim, and everything wrong in his life is due to someone else!
It's every one's fault but his
and he truly believes that....just like a true sociopath. this guy is disgusting. He ruined these poor peoples lives
The words, “whenever I” is when he’s setting up his lie. Actually, anytime his lips move he’s effing lying!
Uh huh
I think this prosecuter is very polite, inteligente, looks very young but it seems like he is going to be a great prosecuter..
He actually sucks
Absolutely @maritza p.. prosecutor is fantastic. Former deputy didn’t gave probable cause, he SET UP PERMANENT FELONIES.
Notice this, his face and brain cannot work together with all the lies he is trying to defend.. his nose on one side involuntarily flares on video left side, his chin and mouth also fight to hold back saying the truth or more lies. Meanwhile, the few truths he manages to tell, which is usually when the Prosecutor says something the defendant is okay with, inmate WESTER casually blinks 2-3 times and his face relaxes.
Note that he is trying to downplay all the evidence of his guilt that he turns to the jury and lectures them with the high and mighty, above reproach, totally honorable facade. Glad the Prosecutor lets the disgraced former lie enforcement pro show all his sides from self importance, to the obvious visual clues that he knew he was wrong and still does and knows his dreams of being THE BIG BOSS any dirty way he could. He even grimaced when hearing his former colleague was promoted after he resigned before he could be fired,
I hope this Prosecutor caught his deceptions and I’m no expert, I pay strict attention to what is asked and how it’s answered in verbal and non-verbal combinations. He knows he is guiltiest than anyone can even know as he covered most of his tracks. This is the very tip of his criminal iceberg.
@@misstiffty No way is he found guilty and I'm certainly not proclaiming his innocence but the prosecution did not have enough evidence to convict. Fl juries are notoriously brutal in close decisions as well. You will see.
@@type2life396 they defintely do. Prosecutors dont seek charges until they have a good amount of evidence. Also, every time he searched (planted drugs) in the car the camera was "broken" thats clearly a huge suspicion that it would not work every time considering hes being accused of planting drugs. lol he can barely answer the prosecutors with a straight forward yes or no because hes lying theres a lot of evidence you are blind lol
He’s putting a nail in this POS’s coffin !
These individual cops do so much damage to their departments and to the real honest police officers that their sentences should be doubled.
No such thing as an honest cop. Not a single one! They’re either actively doing something wrong, lying to cover up for the ones who are or standing by doing NOTHING to stop it. All of those things amount to the same, NO SUCH THING AS AN HONEST COP!
@@martyluterman965 Agree 100% All of the people that I know of who went into law enforcement ended up quitting because of all of the crooked things going on. It makes me sick to see stories like this one and then think about all the stories that we don't know about. It is disgusting and disturbing that these cops get away with so much and if they do get caught most of the time it swept under the rug or handled with a slap on the wrist.
He should of got more time. He ruined so many life's and liked doing it . He was singing Christmas songs while he planted drug's . That was sickening

Yes, Zachary, PLEASE understand that... perfect...
That applies for everybody except him. I'm sure it's standard practice for cops to find drugs and just leave them in their car without processing them or even calling it in. This cop would have been better off denying that it was in his car then the story he came up with. I guess druggies commonly leave their drugs in a public restroom for a cop to find. What a stupid story
Yes Zach, especially when they start finding you guilty on that particular charge, you just helped the prosecution big time!
@@beckydennis6591 remember he stated due to his job he is in legal possession of illegal substances and if car accident hadn't happened, the CAB reports had worked that 1 time, the dispatch records were not missing and his superiors had just waited a little bit longer he would have entered it all into evidence and it wouldn't be in different places through his car!!
And kudos to this prosecutor. He should be the standard for how they Pursue and conduct such a case as this.
