Put the Phillips head screwdriver into the hole. Let it touch the bottom. Then push down gently, it will slip in just a little further and feel snug. Now turn counter clockwise. Once the disc slides out enough to pull it out, do so. Then turn the screwdriver in the other direction (clockwise) to put the disc feeder into the propper setting (to receive the disc). This should provide some answers to most of the questions and frustrations people had.

@@OhLatte there is only one on mine, i am sure because i took a different screw from inside the console that was long enough and it did eject the disc, the only problem now is that screw is somehow stuck now so to use my console at all it has to be suspended on something, not only that it is still giving me issues with ejecting and now i think the reader itself may be having issues
Here’s how to do it easier if you you know where the turn on button on the ps4 if you got to the other side of the where the turn on button is there a button pointing up press that it will take this disc out hope this helps

There’s two holes are you sure you don’t have it? you def punctured to plastic one 😓 it should be on the side as well
