In Massachusetts I had a wrist injury that required multiple surgeries to remove tendons and reconstruct my hand and still have pain and loss of function was ordered to have IME exam then was sent a check for $1049.00. My doctor suggested another operation but insurance company refused the claim and told me the case was closed and would not be entitled to any further treatment I have talked to several Workers comp lawyers and told it was not worth the time and I was fairly compensated and could not help me.
I broke my tibia, and Fibia had to have emergency surgery from a Fall at work now I found out that I tore an ACL on my knee from the fall. I also have hardware and screws. That really hurt What do you think my case is worth California in
My medical for a mva is about 350k with a spinal cord injury and a tbi, and 100k in debt since my accident in 2022, I'm not even sure if i will get a settlement 😢
$212.500 for me $37.500 lawyer $45.000 msa or future medical needs for the specific injuries that medicare must approve on if you're on disability. Totally Depends on earnings, age, state and degree of injury.
Guess it depends on the wage. My sister in-law is a corrections officer in NY… She fell down the stairs during a riot spraining her ankle & shoulder on the job… A year and a half later she walks away with $125,000
@@Mikey_Murphy I ruptured my Achilles tendon on the job I was out of work for 9 months Doctors have me at 22 percent permanent Damage I hope I walk away with a few $$$
@@Mikey_Murphythey cap out wages at around 1050 a week. So many more factors go into a settlement than what this guy said.. Odd that he's a lawyer. Lol

I sustained cervical and lumbar injuries from a slip and fall which resulted in a ACDF Surgery. Let’s see what the board offers.
