Tibetan flag with liberation message was less than $2 from the backstreet embroiderers of Kathmandu when I last made it there. Wonder if they've raised their rates? - Видеоклипы
I was flipping through the channels one day in 1995 and caught a PBS special about this album "Wrecking Ball". I fell in love. Thank you to all that was involved in this project. Great music..
on cmt
I absolutely love the guitar in this one!!
Whilst I love the guitar.. this song is about her and the song.. what a voice..
I like it differently. Apologies that I forgot the songwriter credit. Description amended.
Not sure I understand the comment, bayouhazard - this guitar player is Lanois.
I agree Daniel is a genious, great producer/writer but I saw the Spyboy tour and Buddy took Daniel's parts to a whole new level, they sounded much better and Buddy blew my mind, one of the BEST guitarists I've ever seen.
Daniel is a genius in the studio, but I agree Buddy is a better player.
Guitar reminds me of Santana.
Sure is that the songwriter is David Olney, and he rocks. Good wrok from her, very good work from him.
i sure would like to have the song list from wreakin ball there is one song i can never find...i think its because i dont know the name of it
I saw this concert on a PBS station [NY]. any tips to find the DVD?
ready for the Spyboy
@mnemonyxx My bad, you're right. It's not my fav version. They did a version on Sessions at W 54th that was amazing and when I heard them live with Buddy it was better. Lanois' playing seems a bit random here. I know there's some intentional chaos in how he plays, but still not my fav Lanois.
Boy you guys are picky, it thought it was great, but then I always liked psychedelic guitar playing the best.
Prayer flags are still cheap in khatmandu. Plenty of political trouble there now. Hard looks at some westerners in west Nepal.
I like David Olney's version better.
Great song...but I think I prefer the Wailin' Jennys cover.
Wailin' Jennies' version is much better, no disrespect to Emmy Lou.
Great song. Hate everything else by Emylous Harris though. I played on the album with bass at max and it sounded really catchy!
