We hi-capa 5.1 K the handle is made of polymer or plastic, but what material is the frame made of and is it worth buying this replica. How reliable is it, what are its weak features prone to failure
No the 3.8 is not the full auto version. You can remove the orange tip by removing the outer barrel from the slide and dip the orange tip in boiling water. Search on RUclips on how to remove orange tip from airsoft gun
My first of 2 WE tech gbb pistol was 4.3 Alosaurus with maple leaf tight bore upgrade. No reference point but it absolutely beams .25 expectations exceeded. Picked up an AW mag and it runs a little more efficient than the stock WEtech mag. Picked up a Dragon 7" and it performs without a hitch bone stock. Never understood the hate but as an entry level option for an amateur enthusiast, I can certainly vouch for the value of their product.
The baby hi capa outdoors is fine after a few upgrades. I threw a TM hop-up in it and i got the range i need outdoors. I short stroked it and am in the middle of testing some 3d printed slides
Do u have any stl files or a link to a forum/site for some 3D printed slides, I’ve been looking everywhere for 3.8 slides and haven’t found anything thnx
how are the 3D printed slides going so far? I've seen some sanctus customs before however ive heard some bad things about the nano slide (deforming/snapping)
@@cheetopuffs9570 i used some free stuff on thingyverse and overall I don’t think it is worth it. They need a lot of care to get right and they are fragile. Maybe in ABS but the PTE+ I used flexes to much
@@cheetopuffs9570 unfortunately I have yet to find any 3.8 Stl files for my hi-capa but I have printed a bunch of Glock 17 and 18 slides and they have all came out great, I’ve done quite a bit of stress and drop testing and they have held up, obviously they are not indestructible like a standard slide but if handled properly they work great.
I made a purely custom hi capa and that baby capa really interests me. I wonder what the slides weight is. If you have a aluminum slide that you could weigh and compare the baby capas slide weight to it that would be awesome. My intention for it is putting all new internals and grip. Then put a 4.3 inner barrel or a 5.1 in it with putting a tracer on it or a compensator. If they made an aluminum slide that would be sick.
I just bought a hi-capa 5.1k WE gbb full metal and now I have seems some posts on reddit that says they wont last long and are very bad. Should I just return it when it arrives or is the pistol alright and is worth the money(100$+) ? I want to use as secondary for sniper setup and maybe indoors. Also I am a begginer and next week is gonna be my first time in a airsoft match :)
Honestly it’s all up to you. Every airsoft gun I buy usually use them for one year and then I sell or trade them. Just remember that Airsoft can be really expensive 💰
@@mr.hi-capa3798 I will use it like once a month or maybe two if I am really busy so if it keeps up 1-2 years than im happy with it :) also I got the gun and its very nice but I noticed that at the tip of the reloader wheres the hole it leaks a little bit of gas, is it normal ? Or the seal may not be so great ?
Depends on where you live really. Personally where I live parts are everywhere and from the many many WE guns I've used all of them lasted a long time before repairs.
Can you do a review and full auto shooting with the WE Tech Hi-Capa 5.1 Hyper Speed Airsoft Full Auto Gas Blowback Pistol w/ Threaded Barrel. I really wanna see how it shoots.
Got 1 we 5.1r and we 5.1k.....both shoots good sad to say after 3000 rds each.... both their slides disintegrated.....only the we t rex 5.1 did not break....

BRO THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, I WAS TRYING TO SEE IF THE WE TECH HI CAPAS ARE THREADED AND FINALLY GOT THE ANSWER, THANK YOU!
is it really worth it I'm afraid to break mine in just a few days😭

What size thread is it?
I love both of my WE’s, just wasn’t too excited about the plastic replica’s. Not at all upset about my decision 😊. Great video.
Are you in the US? If so, when you ordered your 5.1 did it come with the orange tip glued or was it easy to remove?

Is the 3.8 full auto? And how did you take off the orange tip because I have a little different 3.8 high capa and I want to put a Suppressor on it.

How has the skelitor hold up? I’m thinking of buying it, and don’t know if I should
Great gun I have had mine for a year now and it’s still going strong
Mine broke a couple months after getting it. The blowback units threads just destroyed somehow
