@dylanfuhs185 When Vegeta said Krillin, my brain didn't even process it; I just heard "the Bald One". When he pointed out he was using his name, I had to rewind and double check because... damn, he's right!
To me it seems partially that, and potentially also an expression of trauma from being a six-year-old getting whaled on by the INCREDIBLY FLAMBOYANT Ginyu Force, given the similarities in theatrics between The Great Saiyaman and the Ginyu Force!
I don't mind him playing super hero. Goku is basically a 50/50 mix of Superman and Sun Wukong. Super hero themes are baked into the franchise. I have no issue with that. It'd honestly be a pretty cool idea to explore. But, it's just the way he went about it that I don't like. At all. The stupid costume and the Ginyu Force poses... There's a way to go about it and make Gohan cool and a way to go about it to make him seem incredibly lame and cringe-inducing. If you just changed his dialogue a tad, the choreography, and the costume, I doubt anyone would have had any issue with it. Yes, sure. It makes sense that a kid who didn't have a normal childhood and who grew up around socially dysfunctional adults wouldn't have a conventional concept of cool. But this is a franchise about super humans, aliens, and robots shooting lasers out of their hands. It wouldn't have strained the suspension of disbelief to at least make him seem cool.
man so true, didn't expect them to do a few bits for this but they knocked it out of the park. Lani will always remain as the best VA for Vegeta that I ever heard, mad props to him but all of them are fantastic.
You gotta think he realized that he got a second chance to really give this character (who he has admittedly poured a lot of his heart and soul into writing and performing) a proper goodbye. When they were recording the cell saga, they didn’t know that it would be their last time playing those characters. They didn’t get to savor those moments. But with this project they got their second chance. And I am CONVINCED that Lani wrote this script and said to himself “I am going to fucking destroy my throat getting the perfect final scream, because that’s what vegeta deserves.”
Kinda feels like Goku contributed to the conversation just to keep anyone from looking at him so he could get a real fight that day lol Goku thinking ahead again like he did back in Cell by allowing Vegeta to use the Chamber first
That whole scene was a tour de fucking force from Lani. The Krillin "Vegeta no!" especially got me. They have the bit about Vegeta going to his BBQ's pointing to their developed relationship over the time skip. That line isn't because Vegeta's being an idiot, like it normally is. Krillin just doesn't want Vegeta to die. It's incredible and the fact that Lani isn't a major player in current VA's is a fucking travesty.
@@XxArsenykxX They also had movie nights, so given how Goten and Trunks play together constantly, Gohan might have visited Vegeta for quite a while. It's safe to say Team Three Star became very good friends.

@@prospero2405 makes sense. Out of the cast, they've been through probably the most in various ways, minus Goku himself (although, he's clearly not really bothered due to his personality), much of it being together, so, it makes sense that they would have grown as a sort of group as things mellow out.
hearing vegeta earnestly say "god i missed you" to kakarot is so fricking funny but at the same time heartwarming because of just the pure "I hate that i love you" energy
This really is the closest thing to an abridged Buu Arc we’re gonna get. Gotta thank Mark for bringing it somewhat to fruition. Love TFS and your reviews Mark! Excited to see Part 2!
The Buu arc is full of some really great moments, but falls apart in the connective tissue. Honestly, if TFS did the same thing they did in the Android and Cell arc, they could probably turn Buu into something really amazing. ...Unfortunately it could never become the Gohan-led saga that it really should have been, but I think having Goku fight an opponent who's more of a force of nature than an antagonist could be really interesting, and give him time to actually reflect and grow as a character. Not to mention finishing up Vegeta's arc, and doing all sorts of wacky shit with Mr. Satan, which are both already things the Buu saga does fairly well.
Yeah... I'm smiling to see some glimpses into what could've been, for sure. But deep down it still stings knowing season 4 is definitely never happening ever.
@@babanooWell that was the intent since IIRC when Season 4 wasn't canned, they mentioned how light they were gonna make Buu compared to Cell which was a love letter to the series hence why that season was as good as it was.
The thing about Vegeta allowing himself to relapse and go Majin and why it feels weird and out of character... _it is._ Because he's _forcing_ it. He's forcing himself to go over the top Evil to try to reclaim his old ways, it isn't a natural growth of his character; he's trying to _deny_ his growth. And that's why it doesn't stick and he ultimately comes to his senses and goes to confront Boo.
As a kid watching it, I didn't really understand it that much and I was pissed the fight ended abruptly. But after getting old, I kinda understand what he wanted. It's like something you always wanted since then but never get and now that you think you have a chance to get it, a lot of things are in the way. So you force it. People get pissed and you act like a child. Then you realized, yeah I'm too old for this shit. So he makes up for his mistakes.
Everyone is talking about the TFS parts (which, fair) but nobody talking about the top notch story/character analysis. I seriously learned some interesting insites into Vegeta's character. Thanks mark.
@@BradTheThird I've been watching Mark since he put together the One Piece videos. I am absolutely here for his takes, I never considered the fact that Vegeta never saw Trunks come to his aid until he saw the child version do it in the Buu Saga, AMAZING.
Nothing was stopping them from doing this 5 years ago, so I have no good will to offer any of them. They chose to abandoned the fans. I see no reason to give them anything but scorn.
As much as I love and cried over your multi language tribute to Vegeta, hearing Lani finally have the chance to give the Prince his magnum opus after 15 years of parodies actually hit harder.
One of my favorite moments in all of DBZ is seeing the Tournament announcer recognize Goten and have an instant cute little flash back to Goku vs Roshi. Its easy to forget this guy has been along for the ride right along with the readers for all the weird things that happen at these tournaments
Of all the things in this video, I really, REALLY, liked Vegeta's tone when saying Gohan was out of shape at 24:55. There was no malice, or arrogance, or pride that we're so used to hearing. The way he spoke to Gohan in a gentle, yet firm manner sounded like a genuine advice and concern for a friend.
I've waited for that line-read for so long and never thought we'd hear Nick actually do it. Of course I'm gonna cry happy tears that he finally got to do it.
We may never get the full DBZA Buu Saga, but a few clips where the TFS team go full ham is a worthy consolation prize. Lani especially does not hold back one bit! Love the Krillin and 18 prank as well. Thank you Mark for twisting the collective TFS arms hard enough to get everyone back and thank you for strapping the big pants on to do a DBZ review, it's always great to be reminded why we love this show so much.
I'll be honest, hearing Lani saying that "Even you best buddy" line made me cry. I've been wanting this for years, thought that with DBZA S4's cancellation we'll never get, but it happened. Thank you Mark for making this happen
1:11:54 to be fair to the supreme Kai. Until about 10 years ago frieza and his forces were the strongest beings in the universe. Since Supreme Kai is millions of years old, this is like being out for a day and then all of a sudden like half a dozen guys eons stronger than frieza show up, and another half dozen that are arguably around that level. He has every right to be taken off guard by earths power, especially considering that 12ish years ago the strongest thing on earth was like 1/3 of a saibaman.
Literally a 26-year-old man and I’m crying at the end of that. TeamFourStar knew we wanted to hear him call Goku best buddy at least one time. What a fitting ending. Thank you Mark. Thank you for bringing back a small piece of a franchise. We love so dearly. This is without question. The absolute best work you have ever done.
29, and definitively lost a few tears too. What an amazing documentary. This ending was pure emotion and phenominal. It felt like even TFS didn't want to "shitpost" on this, but rather give it their heart and soul at it's purest. It was amazing.
“Even you, best buddy” that line had no business hitting me as hard as it did. Thank you TeamFourStar and thank you Mark. I’ll just wipe the tears out of my eyes now…
I'm surprised TeamFourStar didn't make a BuuBit for that scene where Sharpner asked Gohan why he didn't dodge. It's literally their longest running gag.
Maybe I'm the one thinking too much about this, but maybe it had something to do with Gohan consciously allowing himself to get hit rather than running the risk of leveling a 10 story building with a pop fly.
@@KigaiOkasuthey could've play around it by making Gohan thinking deep inside how to play that to not look more suspicious , without even noticing Sharpner already threw the ball.
Everyone is talking about all of the TFS parts, and they are amazing, but can we appreciate how good the actual analysis is? It’s really made me think deep about the series, and brings up topics i never would have thought of, i really enjoyed the entire video!
So cool that vegeta saying “I’m using his name” calls back so effortlessly to him always saying “Baldy”, “Bald One”, or some other name for krillin. Sure, DBZA didn’t come back for Buu in its entirety, but I feel like this gave the fans, and possibly even TFS, a way to experience Buu in a way that felt good for them. Thanks Mark ❤
1:29:17 I feel like he also should have called Piccolo and Goten by name here I mean, Goten wouldn't hear it, but Piccolo would And then after he's done baring his soul to Piccolo for a bit he'd say "Alright, get out of here with the crotch spawns, Namekian."

16:20 Both Videl and Gohan grew up in their fathers' shadows, yet they had entirely different experiences. Where Videl struggled to be noticed at all, Gohan repeatedly suffered and nearly died time and time again because he was Goku's son. (Getting kidnapped by Piccolo, fighting Frieza, dealing with Cell... the list goes on.) No wonder he tries to hide -- he learned early on that his very existence is a challenge to his father's enemies.
God bless Lani's vocal chords for that final Vegeta scream. He's talked in the Commentary videos about occasionally hurting his voice doing those intense screams, but that... That was phenomenal.
@@armoredsaiyan Yeah I will say that. I don't really like it. Buu's response was pretty good, and I like the idea of him acting a bit like Zeno in terms of personality. But I don't really like the whole "I am going to huge you now for the first time ever. Hug complete", and the rest of it. HOWEVER, that line "Even for you, best buddy", that one they did hit the nail right on the head. Keep the original, but change it to THAT line, and it's perfect.
@@naisagathefirstdestronmand8559 That "Even you , Best buddy" Hit me hard, I know DBZA is supposed to be silly but these are characterizations that we've known for over 15 years and that hit that perfect tone man
@@dawakat08I get what you're saying (or at least I think i do?) but to me a lot of these buu saga clips didn't really hit the right spots. And especially for that moment, it felt VERY OFF. I distinctly recall that TFS did want comedy, but did explicitly say they wanted to keep the serious moments serious. And the "Even you best buddy" is the perfect blend there. It's a funny line out of context, but it makes sense for the character and does actually serve to be quite emotionally powerful for us who have context, as we all can clearly see (and feel). But the rest of the stuff before it felt very out of tone with the scene. To me, it like a lot of the other buu saga clips felt more like early placeholder stuff. Old ideas they had that had not yet been refined. With all that being said, it is very cool that we did get these. And having long made peace with the fact we never will get season 4, I have always been curious as to what their plans where for it, because surely there was ideas. And these little glimpses are more than enough to get their ideas. And I am thankful to see them.
the Videl v Spopovich fight is one of the moments that sticks with me the most from my original watch of DBZ as a kid. the other two being first form cell drinking people, and then Buu killing everyone and then following them to the afterlife to kill them again. I remember being SO excited for the tournament, and goku vs vegeta, and was having a great time, and then the popovich fight started. you did a remarkable job describing why that fight was so psychologically intense. Videl suddenly loses all agency and everyone just has to watch
Vegeta's speech at that moment made me realize that he almost never calls anyone from Earth by the name in DBZ Abridged. It's always Bald One, Namekian, Boy, Woman, Triclops, Black Man, etc. Tho he does say Kakarot and Goku is fine with that.
I've never had goosebumps like this from a "Vegeta No, Vegeta Yeeeeeeeeeeeees!" Great Work Mark, and thank you so much for bringing the TFS Crew on board for this. ❤
Goddamnit, I would love to see TFS, out of nowhere, drop a first episode of the Buu saga. I've been watching their commentary being released on FourStarBento and this is an absolute delight to watch with their humor thrown into the edits.
@@bodacious117 If you watch Bento, they say ahead of time that they scripted many gags to hit during the buu saga and never got to produce them. I wonder if 18 threatened him about using Krillin's name, or if Krillin just eventually said "can we be real here? Your kid is swimming in my pool and your wife is my childhood friend, maybe use my name." Or maybe Trunk's started calling Krillin ' the bald one' and Vegeta realized he caused that. So much potential with that single line.

Yup, these are a special taste of special. Portuguese, Japanese, english and of course, TFS, heard them all accross the years. It sends shivers down my spine. Who ever came up with that, is a genious.
There was also a part in french, surprisingly. France was the first western country in which DB and then DBZ became very popular (mangas in general), so it's a cool tribute.
I can't even articulate how much joy went through my entire body having TFS back. MAN have I missed DBZA even more than I realized. I love Dragon Ball, I love Team Four Star, I love Mark, and I fucking love the beauty that is Dragon Ball Abridged. Anyways I’m gonna go cry now
gotta love how in the montage of Japanese Vegeta clips Mark still included that iconic dubbed line. "You may have invaded my mind and my body, but there's one thing a Saiyan always keeps... HIS PRIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!!" goes to show how phenominal that line and Sabat's performance is.
I like that when it comes to whichever dub, we all look back fondly on those moments and seeing just how much of the series transcended since through the montages. That German "I believe in you" from 16 felt fitting as the final words of a machine to a kid who loves and cherishes the life and nature around him just as much.
You make a good point, but not all of those clips were japanese. There's one of those moments in every one of these reviews, where Mark uses clips from various languages dubs to make the montage.

Damn man, why you gotta give me goosebumps for the entire Vegeta's Sacrifice section. That was beautiful, and the scene that firmly solidified Vegeta as my favourite character all those years ago.
Honestly one of my favourite parts of the buu saga is shin slowly realising that he has no control of this situation, and that every single one of the mortals he's reached out to could body him without a second thought
Yeah, and starting overpowered felt kinda coherent with the previous arcs. I mean, in the android/cell saga the characters had to become several times stronger while from the start they were already stronger than the so called "master of the universe", freezer. The result should have ovbiously been spectacular.
The way it plays out supports it too. Piccolo bows out of the fight against Shin not because he can't win but because thanks to fusing with Kami he knows who and what Shin is... and respects the guy's position. Shin, however, sees it as simply confirming his thoughts and so it entrenches his position and views until the rug gets violently pulled out from under him. The ironic fact of the matter is that if Piccolo had handed Shin his ass in the tournament instead of bowing out, Shin would've had his worldview shattered early enough to change his approach and avoid everything that went down. Just another way the Buu arc is an entirely preventable tragedy where even the person who was behaving reasonably had a role to play in causing the dominos to fall where they did.
@@fiucik1I'll never believe that regardless of what the facts are. He was just such a pussy the whole time, I can't fathom him being stronger than Piccolo
@@fiucik1from what I can tell, Shin is a bit weaker than Perfect Cell / Dabura. I'm not sure how much stronger Piccolo got in the last 7 years, but given his reaction to Shin and Dabura, he is likely weaker than Shin, but by less than half. He's probably about 75% of Shin's power level. That means he would probably not defeat Shin (unless he beat him fast by surprise), but he would definitely make Shin re-evaluate his assumptions about Earth. Just Shin and Piccolo together could probably take on Dabura, and once he's gone we know that Babidi is easy to kill. Now you add on Gohan, Vegeta, Goku, and even the kids Goten and Trunks and it's not even close, even if he only assumed they were all at Piccolo's level.

@@dylanfuhs185 Same deal for me. I felt so lost hearing him say Krillin but I couldn't pin why. It's cause he never did.
Honestly, I've never hated Great Sayian man. It felt like he was reclaiming some of the childhood he never got to have.
Yeah, same! It was goofy, sure, but I really liked his and Videl's dynamic.
the early arc of the buu saga has always been my fav. shame that Toriyama couldn't see it through
_THE_ Great Saiyaman. Lol
Man it's so cool to see Teamfourstar come back to DBZA, so much nostalgia. Thank you Mark.

He'd been saving that last one for just that scene.
Why am I crying because of it dude?

Vegeta's speech with all the different languages really does hit. Once I heard the Spanish part I teared up a little.

Igualmente amigo. El doblaje latino es EL MEJOR (en mi humilde opinión)
Gosh... Lani's screams will never cease to be freaking iconic. That "Vegeta... YEEEES" sent multiple chills down my spine and made me all emotional
Cried just a tiny bit when he said best buddy
Best Vegeta ever, no question lol
man so true, didn't expect them to do a few bits for this but they knocked it out of the park.
@@mistaMClaugh I believe your're totally right; you can "feel" it in his performance that there definitely is something of what you're saying
I find it hilarious that Masako was laughing when he said 'oh no' when the Supreme Kai asked if Vegeta had any darkness in him.
Kinda feels like Goku contributed to the conversation just to keep anyone from looking at him so he could get a real fight that day lol
Goku thinking ahead again like he did back in Cell by allowing Vegeta to use the Chamber first
Right 🤣 he was excited
I’m so proud of Lani. He finally got his Vegeta Sacrifice scene. And it was perfect

Wish he got to ask buu if he wanted to see something cool
The tfs bits are great, but let’s not discredit the sheer awesomeness of Marks comprehensive review of the buu saga.
hearing vegeta earnestly say "god i missed you" to kakarot is so fricking funny but at the same time heartwarming because of just the pure "I hate that i love you" energy

I love abridged Sharpner in this
The Buu arc is full of some really great moments, but falls apart in the connective tissue.
TFS didn't loose their edge a bit, that's some damn quality writing.
They’ve kept up their practice with the dragon shorts and the HFIL series 😁
@@babanooWell that was the intent since IIRC when Season 4 wasn't canned, they mentioned how light they were gonna make Buu compared to Cell which was a love letter to the series hence why that season was as good as it was.
The Maron bit is killing me
@@rasengan124 That HFIL series is garbage.
It also probably helps that they have been rewatching their show together on their Bento channel giving their creator commentary.
This is a really good point.
As a 41 year old man: yeah, that’s definitely a mid-life existential crisis. Oh, yes.
No-one is talking about it because it's not what people are here for.

Man, that final scene, it’s a masterpiece, the comedy, music, the kakatot joke and that whole interaction. *Chefs kiss*
what was the song anyway?
the kakatot had me ugly laughing hard haha
Piccolo's "heh, no??" Had me dying LOL

27:56 Trunks thinking intensively about the fight and analysis and goten signing baby shark in his head is the best thing I think I have ever witnessed
Goten is no thoughts, head empty 24/7
Instantly distilled their characters down to a single scene, loved it
@@clementgoh9270Just like his Dad.
It reminds me of the Nappa "paddy cake" bit
That was adorable. And Kid Trunks is exactly what I'd hoped for.
1:27:35 I now finally realize why so many people love Vegeta
1:29:17 they could not have done this scene any fucking better. Absolute masterpiece of a take. And yes, there are tears.
I know everyone is praising the DBZA clips (As they should), but I also wanna thank Mark for making an incredible montage of Vegeta's sacrifice, I don't know if a lot of people will connect with this one, but suddenly hearing the Latin American version of Vegeta took my breath away and made me tear up a little, it was an incredible way to make people whose first language isn't english connect with this even more. Thanks everyone who made this video possible, it truly is an amazing experience from beginning to end.
It made me cry. Like fr, thank you so much to mark and TFS. I never thought I’d get these dbza moments. Of course Mark just couldn’t let us all go without it and for that I can’t ever thank him and his team enough!!
HOLY F*CK. THAT LAST SCENE. PERFECTION LANI!!!!! Thank you, team four star and totally not mark. This was amazing on all fronts.
they're seriously killin it! can't wait for part 2
I never knew I needed something so much until now even you best buddy
I was not ready for those feels
"best buddy" killed me.
It's like watching it the first time all over again holy fucking shit the hype
I'm not surprised TFS was willing to contribute to this. You've definitely put in the work to produce great content these past years.
Great stuff, as always!
MAN! As a Mexican viewer, the fact that you used the Spanish dub for Vegeta's sacrifice sent shivers down my spine. How nostalgic! Thank you for that!
He also used the Spanish dub for Gohan’s SS2 transformation! The editor knows their audience 😂
@@jonazWCwait I didn’t hear that
@@mauriciocruz7836 Go to 1:55:03 on his Cell Saga video, you’re welcome! 👍🏻
Yeah, I noticed they were shuffling through several different languages with every line Vegeta spoke at that part. These editors man... Geeze 😭
not just mexico, all of latin america
1:30:35 Words cannot describe this moment. This phrase. How long I’ve waited to hear it. Ever since the DBZA Cell Saga ended I imagined this moment. And how cool it would be. And now, thanks to Mark, it’s here. The moment we’ve all waited for. Vegeta’s final act. Lani’s final grand performance. And god was it worth the wait. I have repeated it countless times. Still can’t believe it’s real. This whole video, from the review to the TFS bits, is perfect. I love Dragon Ball, I love Team Four Star, I love Mark, and I fucking love the beauty that is Dragon Ball Abridged.
Anyways I’m gonna go cry now
Glad to see those like us are not alone. It legitimately feels like a dream come true - That kind of magical feeling doesn't come around often.
Was waiting for this part to be abridged, and Goku's SSJ3 moment
@@CalvinCollectable i wonder, will it just be super quick or will masakox make the full freaking scream for the others to comment about it
As usual, Mark's dedication to the content and fandom led to him bringing back the legendary TFS👏
Everything about this video is sublimely superb. Absolutely incredible job on this one. TotallyNotMark X TeamFourStar is truly a goated combination.
gotta love how in the montage of Japanese Vegeta clips Mark still included that iconic dubbed line.
"You may have invaded my mind and my body, but there's one thing a Saiyan always keeps... HIS PRIIIIIIIIIIIDE!!!"
goes to show how phenominal that line and Sabat's performance is.
Chills on that line
I like that when it comes to whichever dub, we all look back fondly on those moments and seeing just how much of the series transcended since through the montages. That German "I believe in you" from 16 felt fitting as the final words of a machine to a kid who loves and cherishes the life and nature around him just as much.
You make a good point, but not all of those clips were japanese. There's one of those moments in every one of these reviews, where Mark uses clips from various languages dubs to make the montage.
Reminds me of how kai shat the bed on delivery.
@@nOT_sURE08finally someone said it. The redubbed kai line was trash
21:03 Yes they cover this. Also I like to think this was her way of acknowledging that he is indeed interested in her. He could have dodged…but who would want to?
The Goten baby shark bit is one of the few times I’ve had to pause something to laugh from how ridiculous and funny it was. 😂😂
It is something I can hear him say
Lmao
Where does he get those clips? Or does he create them?
@@lizduran6133team four star did the dubs for this video
I feel like TFS Goten is just the word “Yay” in an unending excited scream, and I love it.
Yeah, I laughed so hard at that xD
"And even you, Best Buddy", Left me speechless in the moment! Completely amazing, I felt that deeply. TeamFourStar needs to come back and do season 4, even if its reduced down to several episodes!
At 54:17 Masako delivers what might just be his single greatest performance of a line in all of DBZA.
Absolutely perfect delivery
He sounded so happy😅😅
Shin: "Wait, no! Don't tell me Vegeta has darkness in his heart!?"
Goku, while chuckling: "Oh. Ohoho nohoho..."

dude I wish we could've gotten a full dbza buu saga these small clips are so good.
You’re a legend for bringing us even just a taste of what a DBZA Buu Arc could’ve been.
Thank you.
I'm hoping that this video motivates TFS to make the buu arc.
@@cyclops8238YEEEEES I hope they would finally do it after flirting with the idea for so many years
@@cyclops8238unlikely. The buu bits are all we really need. To do the entire buu saga would risk certain jokes getting old. But I'd just like to see the krillin owned count go up 1 last time when Buu kills everyone
@@cyclops8238 if you have worked so hard about a thing, you know this doesn't motivate at all. happy to do some key lines, but full episodes after the hell of cell saga and toei problems with youtube and them? not worth the time
"Vegeta, No!!!!" "Vegeta, yes!!!" Has forever been tied with my memories
That piano rendition of the song played during Vegeta's final atonement is simply a masterpiece. Hats off to whoever did it and I hope to hear a full version released someday
Hello, do you know the original song/theme? :)
Most likely that was Scott Frerichs aka Kaiserneko of TFS, that's his signature editing style.
AinTunez, more than likely. He did most of the covers TFS uses.
@@estebanrosa8635 hello, I mean which song is being covered? I don’t recognize it
@@estebanrosa8635Kaiser doesn't make the music though
20:42 That whole scene, and especially her "no reason" was weirdly adorable.
Romance, of all things, is something TFS does wonderfully in comparison to the original series.
Their handling of Krillin & 18 finally made me understand the relationship in a way the original never did.
TFS gave us literally everything we asked for when they did their version of Vegeta’s sacrifice! LITERALLY EVERYTHING!!!! ❤❤❤
@@BluebedoShin was stronger than Piccolo...

This scene has literally made me teard up this made my Saturday far more better thank you Mark, and team four star for giving us a gift of history.
Not done yet: today something happened to me which has been... unerving ever since I saw this video it made me feel better that DBZA made (sort of) a comeback when i saw TFS Vegeta sacrifice it made me sadly happy, thank you best buddies.
Such great voice Acting of Nick "Lanipator" as Vegeta! 👍🏼
Way back before they said they wouldn’t be doing the buu saga I remember in a video how excited Lani said he was for Vegeta’s big scene. So it was really sad he never got his moment. To see him finally get it here is heartwarming
NGL, That 'Vegeta YES' maybe Lani's best scream he's ever done!
He even called Goku, "Best Buddy." That got me the most from their version of the scene
1:30:40 Finally the moment i was waiting for years. It feels so good to finally hear those lines. Just love it.
you breezed right past it but Goku's reintroduction is one of my favorite moments in the Manga. everyone's reaction is just so sweet and genuine, and like you said at that point in the story the Buu Saga had not yet become Goku's next adventure
