    Do you prefer a concise, short tutorial where I only talk about really important aspects? or do you also like this kind of format where it feels more like taking a virtual class but the video is way longer? Please let me know in the comment section.

      I would go for a long video myself. Short videos are fine, but there may be little things which hold people back so a long detailed video might fix those things

      i like this kind of format. i simply love hearing that its ok to hang for 10 min on a bar. ill start with that. (not for front lever though).

    7:20 부터 감독님이 설명하시는 상체와 하체의 조화가 가장 핵심적인 부분이네요 사실 프론트 레버 뿐만이 아니라 백레버 물구나무 플란체 모든 동작에 있어서 상체와 하체를 수축시키는 전신수축이 기계체조의 핵심인가 싶습니다

    Haven't finished the video still watching it, but decided to comment. Cause this kind of video is a different approach to front lever. I was surprised by the 10 minutes maximum hold, also you Dan I saw you laughing. Thank you for the video man! Finding the video for the right training really is necessary.

    물론 일장일단이 있겠지만 긴 게 더 낫습니다! 길다고 해도 지금처럼 10-20분 내외면 별로 부담되지 않는다고 생각합니다. 설령 더 길어진다고 해도 영상을 보면서 운동을 배우는 사람 입장에선 그리 긴 시간은 아니라고 생각합니다.
    짧게 포인트만 짚어주고 넘어가는 것보다 이렇게 강좌 형식으로 나오는 비디오가 훨씬 기억에 잘 남고 실제로도 잘 써먹을 수 있는 것 같습니다.

    Dan , I have to say this tutorial is amazing. I always like to learn new things and especially from people who have been doing such as their profession. I'd love more tutorials like this, hopefully for planche and flag, that would be amazing. Thank you for this video, keep it up bro.

    After watching this amazing video with the coach I'd have to say I prefer the virtual class format. Very well done, with the progressions explained in great detail by the coach. But I do not see why you could not mix it up and do both formats. In any case, your videos are all very well done, and I cannot thank you enough for all your informative content.

    Great video! Coach Young Sam Joo was excellent! Will you please bring some more new tutorials with you and Coach?
    He reminds me of strengthproject's Sam Tribble- both very strong and superb teachers, and seemingly quiet and humble.

    An excellent pair of really informative videos Dan. Thank you for this as this will help me with this move a lot. This longer form of video like a virtual lesson is awesome for getting a lot of information in, especially since I would never get this kind of instruction in the area where I live, so I for one would definitely like to see more like this. I always learn a lot from your concise videos too though, so both are excellent. Maybe post one of each sort of video on each move so that all viewers can decide based on the time they have available, or do a short video if it best suits you and then ask to see how many people would like a longer tutorial. Thank you for the information. A lot to work on for me here.

    그럼 최초 데드행부터 10분까지는 무리라도 절반인 5분은 순수히 매달릴 수 있는 근력과 근지구력이 필요하겠군요?
    매달리는거 훈련하면서 도움이 되도록 병행 할 운동이 있을까요? 전완근과 아귀힘이 많이 필요할테니 악력기가 도움이 되려나요??
