    Great job! I think we want more tutorials like this. I mean with coach Joo and with different levels of fitness. It looks like a workshop.

    5년전에 임쌤한테 두달 배웠는데 이곳 참 좋져^^ 빽플립하다가 머리로 마니 떨어졌는데도 바닥 시설이 워낙 잘되어 있어서 하나도 안다쳤어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 짱짱임...ㅎㅎ

    I find that resistance bands help a ton with front lever. I was practicing it for a couple weeks without bands with minimal progress, after using bands, I was a able to attain a front lever within 2-3 weeks. I can currently hold it for 3 seconds after 4-5 weeks of training.

      Btw, by any chance could you make some bboy tutorials, in articular on the transition from shoulder or freezes to handstands?

    Hello Dan. The videos you have posted show that you are able to do front lever,isn't it? Then why did you take this lesson? Btw I love you and your videos. Keep it up!

      +賴晨洋 yeah I can do front lever but this was not the actual class. I simply asked the coach to do a tutorial for me and I included couple of students to make it look more like a class

      +Matthew L mostly weighted mobility work. Not so much strength workout

    How many times the week should I practice these exercises? I have Back & Bicep 2 times the week (tuesday and thursday)

      통증이있으면 쉬시는게 맞습니다. 치료가우선이죠 시간이 많이 지났으니 치료하셨길바래요

    질문이 있습니다
    제가 작년여름까지는 160/70 정도 됐구요
    백레버와 프론트레버, 턱플란체까지는 가능했습니다
    현재 체중이 77~78까지 올라와서 예전에 하던 동작들이 버겁더라구요
    그래도 대신에 스트랭스는 많이 올라가서 웨이트하는데는 아주 좋은 몸이 되었습니다
    다시 기계체조를 해볼까 하는데 체중을 예전처럼 빼서 하는게 좋을까요?

      저는 전문가는 아니지만, 그저 제 의견으로는
      굳이 뺴지마시고 도전해보시는것도 좋을거같아요! 몸엄청 빵빵한 흑인분들중에도 머슬업 등등 칼리스데닉 잘하시는 분들 많은거보면, 어렵긴하더라도 연습하신다면 가능할거같아서요! 도전을 응원합니다!

      +BARSCIENCE101 well there are definitely more exercises that I would have introduced if this were tutorial made by myself, but we all have limited time and energy so we couldn't cover literally everything.
