I find that resistance bands help a ton with front lever. I was practicing it for a couple weeks without bands with minimal progress, after using bands, I was a able to attain a front lever within 2-3 weeks. I can currently hold it for 3 seconds after 4-5 weeks of training.
Btw, by any chance could you make some bboy tutorials, in articular on the transition from shoulder or freezes to handstands?

+賴晨洋 yeah I can do front lever but this was not the actual class. I simply asked the coach to do a tutorial for me and I included couple of students to make it look more like a class

How many times the week should I practice these exercises? I have Back & Bicep 2 times the week (tuesday and thursday)

질문이 있습니다
제가 작년여름까지는 160/70 정도 됐구요
백레버와 프론트레버, 턱플란체까지는 가능했습니다
현재 체중이 77~78까지 올라와서 예전에 하던 동작들이 버겁더라구요
그래도 대신에 스트랭스는 많이 올라가서 웨이트하는데는 아주 좋은 몸이 되었습니다
다시 기계체조를 해볼까 하는데 체중을 예전처럼 빼서 하는게 좋을까요?
저는 전문가는 아니지만, 그저 제 의견으로는
굳이 뺴지마시고 도전해보시는것도 좋을거같아요! 몸엄청 빵빵한 흑인분들중에도 머슬업 등등 칼리스데닉 잘하시는 분들 많은거보면, 어렵긴하더라도 연습하신다면 가능할거같아서요! 도전을 응원합니다!
he didn't recommend dragon flag for front lever?
+BARSCIENCE101 well there are definitely more exercises that I would have introduced if this were tutorial made by myself, but we all have limited time and energy so we couldn't cover literally everything.
