Recipe
2 T olive oil
1 cup onion/pepper medley
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
2 t dried parsley leaves
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
2 T a/p flour
2 T tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 29oz can mixed vegetables
Creamed potatoes to you liking
1 cup sharp cheddare cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
sprinkling of parmesan cheese
bake at 400 for approx 20 minutes
