  • Twenty two of the world's greatest fast bowlers came to London in September 2011 to support cricket's no.1 charity, The Lord's Taverners. The Macquarie Fast Bowlers Dinner raised £100,000 to help give young people a sporting chance.
The 22 fast bowling legends attending were: Curtly Ambrose (WI), Andrew Caddick (Eng), Colin Croft (WI), Alan Davidson (Aus), Kapil Dev (Ind), Joel Garner (WI), Darren Gough (Eng), Charlie Griffith (WI), Wes Hall (WI), Sir Richard Hadlee (NZ), Michael Holding (WI), Glenn McGrath (Aus), Devon Malcolm (Eng), Makhaya Ntini (SA), Mike Procter (SA), Clive Rice (SA), Andy Roberts (WI), John Snow (Eng), Sir Garry Sobers (WI), Jeff Thomson (Aus), Courtney Walsh (WI) and Bob Willis (Eng).
Ian Botham sadly couldn't make it on the night but still gave us his thoughts on fast bowlers and the art of fast bowling...
