You really should have shot the video without talking, then during editing added your voiceover. Saying those things directly in front of your FJ probably hurt her feelings.
thanks for posting this... I'm considering the fj and it's near impossible to find any videos on the negative side bc of all the love for them. My problem is I only want it for its safety value, due to my 88' 4x4 is near perfection and much faster than any fj on or off road... still though, the fj's are probably the only thing I could see myself in (aside from a unimog)
Unfortunately I've sold the FJ and got another 3rd gen 4Runner. But I can answer any questions you have. I had an Eibach lift kit on it, the bumper was from coastal offroad and the decals were custom made.
I have two $5 convex mirrors in my side mirrors that solves the blind spot issue completely. The tailgate window mod takes 10 minutes and $0 so is also easy to solve. My FJ has a button to turn of traction control (2015 model). The rear doors I have to agree are somewhat annoying especially getting in/out with passengers when parked in a small space (e.g. on a parking lot). That said, I mostly drive it alone or with 1 passenger in the front so realistically not an issue for me. I love the FJ. Yes it has some quirky features but that's also what makes it so cool IMO :D

FJs are great vehicles regardless to what we say in this video.
Can you please do a build breakdown of your FJ? I really like the lift spacing, bumper, and the decals specifically!

I love the FJ as well. We meant to make a 5 things we love about the FJ video as well but we never got to it.
Loved my FJ . But the suicide doors were a pain with young kids . And wish the back windows went down like the 4runner .
I love the 2 door look just wish they did a different design with the back doors.

I'm aware it can be done. I'm just stating I wish the button was already there like the newer models.
