I just received a candle from you last week. I live in San Antonio and it's been at least 104, plus humidity so the heat index is closer to 110. It sat outside in my mail box and it was perfect. It didn't have the thermal bubble wrap either. It smells and burns great!

I live in Arizona, so during the summer I resort to the thermal mailer and dry ice to almost create a little cooler inside the box. I get both of them on Amazon and they’re honestly life savers! It costs more, but I’m just considering raising my prices during summer because of this 🤷🏽♀️ thanks for another great video! 🙏🏽

Hey Erica. Thanks for all your content. It's been super helpful to me while navigating my own candle venture. I was wondering if you have heard of Flush Packaging? If so what do you think about it? If not, would you consider getting some free samples and evaluating them? There is at least one video out there on them, but I'd really love your personal opinions on their packaging products.

I ship plants. For that insulation to be effective, you need to wrap the entire candle.
It might actually save you some time with the additional steps in your packaging that you do. :)

IlFYI - In order for that wrap to be effective, you actually have to wrap the whole candle in it.

I am in the works of doing a pop-up shop I was wondering if you can tell me what device you use for payment option and also do you have any one-on-one sessions that you provide thank you
Hi Jay, I have used both the Shopify POS system as well as the PayPal POS system! I’ve heard great things about square as well! I don’t offer any one on one sessions at the moment, however I am currently working on a candle business course. But feel free to ask any questions and I’ll try to do my best to help!

This is really off topic but how are you able to choose a scent and then give it a unique name. Which do you choose first?
This is a very interesting question! Basically when I choose my scents It’s based on memories from my past, and then I name them from that memory. When it comes to seasonal scents, I will try to come up with names that represent the season and the scent (hard to explain, but it can take some time!)
Choosing a scent name is extremely personal to you and your brand and sometimes it can take some time to come up with some ideas! This may be a fun topic to talk about in a video!
