Hey man that is the smartest hack I have seen thus far in HTV. I love working with HTV and I have literally watched every video on RUclips, Silhouette U, and others. But you're the first person I seen use that idea.
"Oh! It makes sense" Totally me 😂 Might try that next time i get multi color vinyl shirt order. I usually refuse to do that with vinyl since i can't layer it properly and end up using printable pu for it. Thanks man 👍✨
What kind of heat transfer paper are you talking about? the one that you use in a regular inkjet printer? If that's the case, then yes. Vinyl is waaay better than that kind of paper. That kind of printing eventually washes off and cracks. Heat transfer vinyl is very durable and lasts years if pressed right and purchased from a legitimate company like Siser or Heat transfer warehouse.
So it depends. I would make sure you’re using enough pressure on your Heat Press machine. Also depends on how many layers and what type of HTV you’re using. Lmk if you need more info. I’ve done up to 4 layers before with no issues.
In the video you mentioned that there is a way to layer vinyl onto one carrier sheet and then press once. I haven't been able to find an articles or videos online. Can you explain in another video how that would be done?
I have a question, how do you get around Font Copyright? A lot of these fonts from these sites are Copyright or what not, wondering how do u get around that when it comes to selling?
I get how your doing it but I'm stuck on how you leave the letters on the second piece to line up to the 1st one. U mentioned something bout doing something to the blade but you lost me at that specific step.
If anything use registration marks in your design and cut it just make sure you weed that piece off or cut it out before pressing. You’ll see a light outline from where that particular mark was and be able to use that. At the end of the day it’s best to just print off a pic of how your final design should look and develop a good eye for it. There’s lil tips and tricks that are easy but for some people new to it, it just further complicates the process.
@@RookieMistakeYT totally agreed, I know of the registration mark way but here he did something like different which does seem a lil more complicated than just doing a registration mark.
Heat Transfer Vinyl I Use:

Can you use with regular ink jet
@@dannyhendrix6590 No. You could use Neenah 3g paper with regular inkjet, but it's not the best quality.
I love that; You can’t deposit excuses! 💯
I thought that’s what it was supposed to say (typo)

Wow simple yet effective
Do you think it us possible to do this method with puff vinyl?
your vids help me heap madd love from sydney australia !!
Great tip! And, I am impressed it doesn’t include freezer paper 😁
Thanks nice tip
Excellent process but shrinkage is my issue with layering so even with markers its off...I use siser vinyl and do a 2 second tap with heat press.
I'm gonna try that tip. Thanks
But on my machine how do Ik what size to cut each vinyl out at ??? Like the outline nd the inside stroke size
Is it possible to laydown both and press at the same time rather than layering it?
As long as the carrier from one sheet is not under the htv of a different layer/color, that should be fine.
thanks for the video, makes sense
Great tip 👌
thanks
Hi. Just thinking on st arting the same business. Was wondering. Do you prefer vinyl than heat transfer paper?

how do you use the software to make the layers?
I’m sure you figured it out by now but for other ppl looking you use vector based software like illustrator, vectornator, photopea(free) or gimp(free)
Great tips thank you
That's dope
as are you

Does the vinyl print last awhile as far as quality?
Yes, it will outlast the shirt when done properly
What brand of htv are you using.
siser easyweed
Hustle Ninjas same that i use. That is one of the best ones.
I have a question, how do you get around Font Copyright? A lot of these fonts from these sites are Copyright or what not, wondering how do u get around that when it comes to selling?
buy the license
@@HustleNinjas ah ok gotcha, thanks.
slick
what is the intro music?
Not sure, something from Elements Envato
Good Tip,but did you mean to spell "EXCUSES" wrong?
No, I just already had the camera and everything set up and didn't feel like redoing it. Lol
Seems like an extra unneeded step when at the end you still have to line it up with your marks, but I get the objective, given folk more options!
So... No one's gonna mention that he spelled "EXCUSES" wrong?
