For me, legs are my favorite, next to arms, because they respond really well. However, I’m not able to get to a gym now, (work with what you have) but when I used to go to a gym, my legs would blow up. I’ve always had big legs from the years of taking Karate.

I don't think squats are necessary if you want to build big legs. They put too much pressure on your spine, hence limiting the amount of weight you can use. I'd rather do hack squats than do free weight squats.
Yes, try the Machine Press (3) or the Hack Squat (6)
imo squats is the best lower body exercise
@@HiX88 nope. Dorian Yates stopped doing squats but had one of the biggest legs on the Olympia stage. Remember your body doesn't know which exercises you do, what matters is the stress you put on your muscles to stimulate growth.

Im my personal experience compound exercises are the best. Cause it allows you to go heavier.
Deadlifts, bench press, squats.
Those are the best exercises.
But thats only my opinion ofc
@@HiX88 yes, I love compound lifts as well. But it all depends on ones goals, right? If your goal is to increase strength, then doing heavy squats and deads will suit you. But if your goal is hypertrophy, then you don't have to do heavy compound lifts. My humble opinion, though.
