Mirela Cubra When you swallow, the back of your tongue touches the top of your throat and the roof of your mouth. The goal is to hold it there for a few seconds. It can be a little difficult to breathe, but you don’t press your tongue all the way. It becomes easier the more you do it.

I am 27 and into modeling and I used to get compliments for my sharp jawline which kind of started disappearing from past few months. Great video! After doing the exercises 2-3 times my family commented that my chin looked smaller/sharper and that my shape seemed to change. Everything looks firmer. Will continue doing the exercises. In my early 20s if it matters.

Hey omg I did jaw exercises a lot for four months and now my chin became short and narrow . :( I hate it . I lost all the bulbous muscles and it looks slim . I lost the projection also and my face looks set back . would it all regrow and come back to its original appearance ?

Started with the fat face exercises. Have since added these. I have a note above my coffee maker with the list of exercises and how many reps. I do then while coffee is brewing. This really is a workout for facial and neck muscles. 😃 I can feel and see a difference already. Thank you for the tips!

I came across your channel in 2016 and have been doing some of your suggested face yoga exercises since then. I gained weight due to hyperthyroidism, and my face looked like a balloon. But after starting these exercises along with my regular yoga routine, my face cut changed, and I got a sharp jawline with no double chin. I enjoy your features and actually feel pretty after each one. I especially enjoy your facial exercises because amazingly, my own mother followed these same exercises fifty years ago. She taught me several and being young then I didn’t continue them but now since I discovered your program, I must say your are brilliant in your looks as well as the way you feel about life . I’m 65 years young suffer from arthritis like so many others. I have stopped exercising when the pain would persist. Even though you were not the cause of my getting back to exercise you have certainly inspired me to get back in the beauty care groove. Feeling pretty outside as well as inside surely gives me more stamina and aiming for better weight management feels good once again. hello ! I need help. I've been trying out these face fat burning exercises and its working for me. but after a month suddenly I saw a slight difference on my face. My smile used to be symmetrical and I loved it. But today I saw that the corner of my lip on the right side has slightly drooped. also for that my jawline seems asymmetrical, which was not before. also my left eye is a little smaller than the other one. So I request you can you please make a video on how to get a symmetrical face (jawline, lips, and eyes) ? PLEASE MUCH NEEDED. Guys don't listen to people that say this doesn't work because they do! I used to have a really chubby face but now i have a sharp jawline! It doesn't happen over night. just do it everyday until you see the difference.

You are beautiful internally as well externally your are so good and generous to share your expertise and helping everyone try to achieve some success. I am almost 70 years old and have much to work on as far as sagging, lines, I would give anything to shave off 20 years, so I want to believe that if I do your exercises faithfully I will look somewhat near like the picture in my profile when I was 21. hello ! I need help. I've been trying out these face fat burning exercises and its working for me. but after a month suddenly I saw a slight difference on my face. My smile used to be symmetrical and I loved it. But today I saw that the corner of my lip on the right side has slightly drooped. also for that my jawline seems asymmetrical, which was not before. also my left eye is a little smaller than the other one. So I request you can you please make a video on how to get a symmetrical face (jawline, lips, and eyes) ? PLEASE MUCH NEEDED. I hope you make one and reply to me because I can really rely on you and your videos do work. Thankyou.

Guys don't listen to people that say this doesn't work because they do! I used to have a really chubby face but now i have a sharp jawline! It doesn't happen over night. just do it everyday until you see the difference.
