    1. Keep air in mouth for 3 minutes
    2. Move air in the right cheek, in the left cheek, above lip, under bottom lip for 10 counts each
    3. Blow 100 kisses
    4. Stretch lips outwards and blow air, whilst tapping laugh lines and cheeks with index fingers - 10-15 times
    5. Move mouth side to side
    6. Chew fennel seeds a couple of times a day - atleast once

    I just found your channel yesterday. Not only have I been stuck at home like most of the world for the past year+ but I have been dealing with chronic pain brought on by a complication of covid. Essentially I have had a migraine and dizzy spells+ for over a year now. Straight. No off days. No pain free days, just days when the pain is less, if I am lucky. I started to notice that my physical appearance, my actual face, has changed shape. Normally I work in retail, I dance I.. basically do a lot of talking and smiling that I just have no been doing, so I looked into face yoga. I have tried a few different channels and routines but your channel has resonated the most. So here goes!

    recently i added the fish face yoga it will help slimming your face.
    As 15 days has passed the results are amazing my low cheek bones became more defined and my chubby cheeks disappeared my face became more slimmer and healthier. For those who don’t like slim face don’t do this workout.

    I did this last year and this is very effective...if done every day for a few days....I don't remember the exact number of days for which I did this but I'd say for a month I did this on and off and I saw results...so try this and stay consistent as much as possible, you'll definitely see results....Hope my comment helps. ❤️

      Maryam Akbarali you do each exercise one by one but the numbers near each exercise is how many times to do it. If you watch the video she will also tell you how many times to do it and will show you how to do it

      You can do it more than once or anytime.
      But I do it once after every meal, so if I eat twice a day, I will do it twice..
      Depending on the times i eat in a day, that's how many times I do it in a day..
      Because it really aids digestion too, that's why I do it after every meal 👌👌

    I have been doing these exercises for a few weeks and I can see the sad going away, I lost 5 family members in the course 18 months as well as having a scaffolding I was standing on tip over with me on on it and I broke my whole body , the worst part was braking my elbow in three places. Needless to say I was very sad for years and made that downturned face . This is my recovery year to heal my whole body and become the strongest me I can. Your smiling face and great videos are making a difference, Thank you so much. I have a date in may with an old friend I have not seen in 16 years I now feel confident he will see the face he saw all those years ago.

    Ex 1: 2:48 : hold air in mouth.
    Ex 2: 3:02: Move air around mouth
    Ex 3: 3:45 : Blow kisses

    N1: Hope this works!! I havent lost the baby fat in my face so i have chubby cheeks :,(
    N2: I felt the burn, not much difference in slimming but i do see my cheekbones are SLIGHTLY more defined.
    N3: Starting to notice a more defined jawline! Not much different in slimming and cheekbones
    N4: Same thing, I definitely have a more defined jawline. It's not huge results so far but considering its only been 4 days!!
    N5: Jawline on my left side do be sharpening up frfr. DO THESE EXERCISES YOU MAY AS WELL THERE IS NO HARM!!!

    I'm writing this comment to those who are hisetating in trying this ...but let me tell you that i tried these exercises for like 11 days and it really works !!! The difference is noticable , i lost chubby cheeks and now my cheeks are quiet slimmer so i'm gonna try this more 💃💃
    Also you have to drink lots of water and try some of these exercises even more for better result !!!!

      @@Christine-iw4zl the seeds are just an additional exercise. You can chew chewing gum too. But just the main exercises are enough. And if you really want to chew the seeds then you should get it in any Asian or Indian stores or Amazon. But it's not really necessary.

    It does make the face fluffy/bloated due to salt content & carbo ... So, i do this face yoga daily. It works for me. 💕😀

    I love the amazing response. Do every exercise for a min or 2. Slowly you will be able to do it for longer than 2-3 mins. Approximately 10-20 counts each. Also, it depends on your skin’s elasticity, age, lifestyle and food to start noticing the difference.

    Hye I came across your video for breast augmentation on 8/27/21, my Birthdate, so my present to myself repeating excercises 3 times that day! Thank you for new and improved BA!     I just wanted to say thanks for making this! I noticed a difference after 4-5 days and even my boyfriend (who I didn’t tell I was doing this, and who is not the most observant person 😂) pointed out that my face had gotten really slim after I’d been doing it for a couple weeks!

    I love your personality! It’s so sassy, confident and comedic. I’m getting to that age where I need to start doing these facial exercises and you make me want to keep watching you until the end. I’m in the gym religiously working out to keep my body toned but nothing I could do for my face. This is the first video that I’ve seen of yours and will continue to watch all your videos now on.

    I started yoga exercises years ago.. Then I found your channel months ago... Game changer.. Big changes in my waddle... Under chin area.. And also big changes in my howls.. Thank you... I use cumin instead of turmeric.. As a face scrub, collagen... I feel that turmeric would yellow my face.. The cumin makes me look tanned.. I also wear sun block on face now.. Xo

      @Aurelia Dabre Well, my diet has always been pretty clean (no fried stuff, not that much salt/sugar, no condiments, etc) and I drink lots of water during the day, I also eat 5 times during the day in small portions and that helps a lot if you’re trying to lose weight :)

    Let's see how this goes:
    Day 1: I look like a trash panda
    Day 2: Same as before
    Day 3: (sry guys I forgot to update) Did it and saw no results
    Day 4: Changed my method by holding water in your cheeks while doing the air bubble things (and it actually helps! You engage your muscles more) Did it and saw some tiny results.
    Day 5: Ayyy, my face is starting on its journey of not looking like a trash panda. I asked my fam and they even said that it looks defined than before. Strongly encourage this exercise! Do it whenever you are bored or just sitting around.
    Day 6: Done
    Day 7: Done
    Day 8: Done: As of a week, my face is definitely more defined than before. I wouldn't say that there is a huge change, but it makes me more confident, and that's all that matters!) I strongly encourage this exercise!
    Day 9: Done (my cheeks were so sore cuz I did it three times)
    Day 10: Done!
    Day 11: Done
    Day 12: done. Ok so this is important. The first few days I gained great results, and then once in a while, my face would slowly get more defined. Some ppl said that they don't get obvious results from doing this. THIS IS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ENGAGING YOUR MUSCLES. When you are doing the bubble face thing, make sure that while you are pushing your checks out, push them back at the same time. If you feel sore after awhile you are doing it right. If not, put your palms against your cheek, fingertips towards your ears, and gently push against your puffed cheeks while resisting using your cheeks. It is important to note that you shouldn't pout too much as you are stretching your upper and lower lip, which will give you a saggy face in my opinion. I must admit that I didn't follow every single instruction, my only exercises are the puffed cheeks (both sides plus the switcheroo) and the one where you tense up your upper throat while you swallow half way (link here: @ 3: 56 ish ruclips.net/video/YEm6yUraV48/видео.html ) They already prove to be very effective over the past few days. If you want, try to ignore those exercises that stretch your face using your mouth. Instead, stretch your neck (side, front, and back) as it is more efficient and won't make your face look saggy. If you want even better results, combine this exercise with a body workout. I am not a prof trainer or whatsoever, but I follow beginner abs, legs, and HIIT workouts on RUclips. Good luck!
    Day 13: Done
    Day 14 (last update day): Done! Like I've said before, I'll continue to do this exercise until who knows when. We all want that defined face💪🏻. I urge you to try, you can do this :)
    Pls note I didn't measure my face numerically, I just look in the mirror every day to see if anything changes. Wish everyone the best!
