I've just watched several of these videos and nobody on the other videos is questioning whether the potential buyers know what they are getting into or whether they can afford annual fees. This woman said that her budget was $20million- NOT that she inherited exactly 20 million. This could just be one of the multiple vacation homes that her family is investing in. I appreciate the fact that she doesn't mask her enthusiasm for the homes, but it doesn't mean that she is completely naive or new to having money. Let's stop making unfair assumptions
Although we are pleased to see that she has reached Financial Independence one must take into consideration the Upkeep of such a house. Secondly, you must spend your money with the ROI (Return on Investment) in mind. I would suggest you spend only 5% of your inheritance on a home in a neighborhood that can offer you longevity and peace of mind.
The third house had the best view and pool for her family. However, after looking at the carrying costs of the house like property taxes and having to employ a gardener, housekeeper etc. she decided to go for house number 1.
Wow. Grandpa left each grandkid (she has 19 cousins) lots of money and it means she has $20MILLION to buy a dream home? Makes me wonder about grandpa (was he one of the many quiet multi-millionaires out there).. :) 3 lovely houses. #3 had the nicest views but I liked #1 the most (better location/would prefer to live in Beverly Hills).
With 19 close family members, I would explore property outside of Los Angeles County. I am just imaging what she could buy for 20,000,000.00 in the San Gabriel Valley or the Inland Empire!!!
Sorry you could've come to TX & got acreage plus house 🏠 & saved tons of money 💰 . Taxes in California are insane especially those zip codes. Ck out Sugarland TX there is not a bad house from the videos I've seen. 2M goes a long way here in TX.
Is that wise to spend the entire inheritance on a home? Did she factor in real estate taxes or the upkeep needed for such a home? Seems kind of silly to me. Why not buy a big home in Atlanta for much much less instead of purchasing a home based on a Beverly Hills/Bel Air zip code. I don't think she has a financial advisor. She needs one.
They will lose the house soon to Property tax. They Didn't work for that money. They are living for today until uncle Sam snatched it from them. They should buy on the beach and rent it out when they are not there to pay for itself upkeep. She should ask MC Hammer. Bad Investment
These houses don't make sense to me. Huge spaces yet few bedrooms and small gardens. Where are the 19 cousins + partners + kids, etc supposed to sleep? Why have an open space home cinema?? I'd say it was a poor selection, but I'm not familiar with LA housing
With all those money I would have bought an apartment for rent and other houses for lease. It's too good to be true. If my gandpa is that filthy rich he would have lots of properties and businesses. I mean why spent millions of money for my 19 cousins to buy a house, they would have their own bunkers.. sorry it's just common sense..
hello to everybody and sorry for my poor english.. i am mike from greece. well if i had the chance for a luxury property like in this video,,,,,i would choose the second {luxury but and spent less money....} also,,, sorry but i would n't care to {feed-sleep and so other things} a lot of cousins, nephews, dogs and {bears} 😂😂😂😂,,, only for my self and the close close members!!!! who is the reason to spend a lot of money for giving dinners, parties or what else to other people and spend a lot of money?
Bad Investment. They Will Lose The House Soon TO Property Tax That Will Be Huge. They Should Have Invest Only $10 Million On Properties That They Can Enjoy And Get A Good Return On It. Water Front Property That They Can Rent Out When They Are Not There That Will Generate Income To Pay For The Tax And Upkeep Of The Property.
Uff this is such a bad investment from a financial stand point, No roots in California but choosing to buy a home here? Keeping up with the Jones has financially broken millions of people.
The buyer acts like she doesn't really know what is going on. Also, those are the ugliest views of Bel Air I have ever seen...Bel Air is usually very green and lush.
@@johnfd0210 she knows what is going on. I will be lost too if my grandpa left us with $20 million dollars inheritance. If she was a white lady, Y'all will not be talking about scripts or lost. There are so many rich black people in USA 🇺🇸
@Luxe Aux that's exactly what he meant. That's why he didn't correct the commenter. Based on the comment thread on this episode Vs others, it's pretty obvious too. Don't gaslight
Wow I wish I could get an inheritance just to finish college ! I hope people realize how blessed they are .
Grandpa must have been in the entertainment business. What a generous man indeed.
She could've stayed in ATL and got a 55 bedroom 26 bath home for that much 😂😂.
All three master house was amazing Rita chose the first one she had to think about maintenance And the up keep May GOD CONTINUE TO BLESSED YOU 😊

I like this buyer very much - she is so sweet and genuine. I didn't like her choice, but that doesn't matter - she's happy !
I think the first home was a good choice as it also has a guest house so the family can really spread out.

14,000 sq ft and only 4 bedrooms lmao

They could have bought a 10 + acre compound and built 5 different homes for under 20 million in Texas. Smh
you realize some people can't stand texas, right?
Texas is rubbish!
Not everyone likes Texas
19 cousins, I bet the neighbors are going to love that. 😅😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
dats right, what are they gonna do bought it? you know what im sayin , dog.
I would Choose House #3

I've never heard one single person say I love seeing white wealth!
I am a multi millionaire now thank you God 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 for everything good in my life
Who is going to pay the taxes on the house every year
You
Her and her 19 cousins haha
Atlanta does have some amazing houses
She should've looked in Calabasas . You can get something comparable for a lot less $ .
Big house with minimum bedrooms ? How it gonna fit 16 cousins?
The second house is either or was owned by f1 driver daniel ricciardo
That 3rd house looks like a bad idea, imagine a wildfire
bad choice. The bel-air house was the one for half million more than the one she chose.

Exactly!
I’d leave Atlanta too
One of that house I am gona buy
20million that a lot of moola ... I prefer building my own 🏡
she was only 10 million off on guessing the price of the second house, grandpa would be proud
How old is this video? The first home sold a few years ago.

This lady doesn't know the difference between a 9 million dollar house and a 19 million dollar house. Her money won't last long!
19 cuzens? I couldn't live with any of mine let alone 19.
With 20 millions can bought 20 houses for every cousins of her..
why spend all the money on a house!!!!!
Cause she can and still be okay
Exactly. She didn't inherit grandpa's good business sense.
@@tvs9978 I don’t agree with that. He might told her to spend that on a house. In the will he might have said that. We don’t know

Yes , California is very pricey, however, for investment purposes, buying property in there is a good decision.
