I love how she puts towel in the tub so she does not damage the tub with shoes, she seems very nice and with good manners ^_^ . First house...so beautiful. And the 3th is so pretty...the view wow. I am not surprised with her decision
House no3 for me more was homely yet elegant, sophisticated, tranquil. It's a timeless classic that adapts with modernity. The view of the city was impeccable. But I guess everyone these days want ultra modern clean lines.
The last house is a dream.. Especially working all day
Number 3 is mine house. Dream. That modern Mediterranean / artistically furnished house and that view, amazing vibe. All that plants ,pots damn it..

House no 3 would be for me, bcoz you can always change the furnishings or remodel the house but the view is forever!!!😍
My God, the last house had a million dollar view, but there are people who prefer Bervely Hills, in short it is a plus.

i think her taste is more of an open floor architecture, you saw her complain from house no.2. Its not always about the view
And I think living in Beverly Hills is also very important to her.
House n°3 is so authentic and beautiful. Even though it feels a bit suffocating when you realize how close the other homes are

Why do the walk in wardrobes/closets have such little actual wardrobe space? What's the sense in that?
They leave them like that so you can have them designed to suit your needs. Whether it's a man who needs lots of suit storage or someone with a love of shoes who needs unique spaces to showcase their collection, etc. They like to leave a blank slate for the homeowner to customize their own warddrobe.

I like the first house too, the details. It has the privacy. The panoramic view of the third is amazing for once a week, but not everyday like you are open to wind and sky and everything.

I'm not really familiar with LA, but it's definitely house 3 for me. The other two are too cold (like office buildings)

In L.A., houses like #3 are usually owned by people who bring in children. The first two are usually purchased by young people who are financially successful, but have no children...yet. Or, by people who have done well in life, but are either "empty nesters" or just chose not to have children. I think you can sense the first two had a bit less of a welcoming feel to them, so they fit that motif.
That's what I thought too. Looks industrial.
House 3 is OK. I will paint kitchen cabinets in white. No dark furniture, carpets, just a few paintings on the walls, no statues and figurines. I'm quite a minimalist. 😁

The 3rd house had the best view which will pay for itself :). Second house just looked like square boxes that eliminated space, for that price it is so not worth it. Bel Air has nicer houses. Tatiana you are doing a good job with presenting these!

The first house (bought by Kylie Jenner since this video) was on Producer Michael's channel, as was Tatiana on a different house tour :) I wished we could have seen all of the first house, as there is sooo much more on that property. For me, the first is my all time fav house.

don't know if that would be appropriate considering the target market is wealthy sometimes famous entertainers and having the entire layout shown may deter them as clients as home is pretty much the only privacy they get.
Yes seeing longer shots of the rooms you did see while you describe them as well as some of the other ones would be great.
That last home looks like it's surrounded on all sides by other homes! There's like no privacy.... no trees! I like a LOT of privacy.

I like very much Cathy, that for me was such a lady like behaviour, so considerate for other's property, she used the towel and then she even put it back. Outstanding, considering the amount of money she wants to invest in a house.

Personally I think that even if the furniture is staged it should be included in the price since it helps to give that complete package of a ready-to-move-in home once staged well it enhances the overall beauty of the house if the potential buyer doesn't want it that's okay.

For this kind of money; I would have to see the pool, over looking the ocean! The homes are beautiful and lovely and I would choose home 3, for it's slight ocean view!
The house no 1 is amazing , can’t be compared.
Totally amazing - and of course all houses were spectacularly beautiful - and the kitchens so similar to each other - must be the style of the rich at the moment. One wonders will she feel a little lonely in such a giant space...?? Yesterday I visited a house in the village - up to 10 people living there - a dirt floor and most walls were bamboo - and there were some walls out the back - brick ones but the money ran out so no roof...and pumpkins had begun to grow there.
House 1 but with the bathroom from House 3 and Tatiana's entire outfit.

Had she chosen the third house, I would have given a thumbs up! I got disappointed when she had a cheaper house but spectacular views of the city and a cozy and stylish interior design in front of her and chose the gloomy house with trees in your throat
