I just wanna say that Tatiana must be very experienced. I have been in contact with many real estate agents in my previous job and you can tell that Tatiana has got skills. The way she uses her body language and the way she handles when the buyer is not happy with something is just right. She is not pushy, she is not distant. Most of the time what you get is a fake smile, a non-responsive approach when you point out something you don't like. I even met an agent who waited in the front door as we walked through the house and we had to shout if we had a question to ask.

House number 3 was my choice! Hands down! But I understand the price was expensive
I guess I'm the only hippie who liked the second house too. It had character and good energy! I'd love to hike the backyard mountain with my cat ^_^

The first house took my breath away. That seamless flow of the living space onto the swimming pool was awesome. Everything was so positive about that house. Good decision.

house no. 3 is THE ONE for me. gorgeous house and magnificent backyard.
I have a lot of respect for the house buyer. She admitted that the third house is the house that she wanted but it is to expensive to do the things she wants to do for the childeren. I have to admit, that third house is so beautiful, I would buy it if I had the money and lived in The USA.

Yes! House number one! House 3 was stunning but not 2 mil worth more stunning, good choice.Love that the real estate agent isn't really pushy and is understanding of the client. Both are gorgeous!! The buyer is so funky and awesome! Leopard print pants..yeah!

The buyer appreciates and loves everything. She loves all aspects except small sizes 😁 I think at some point the host couldn't keep up with the appreciation.
the 3rd house i just love it n yay good to see smaller homes not to over the top
I loved house #1 and #3! House #2, gave me an uneasy feeling because it was from the 1920's! I love Tudors but; if those walls would talk; they would be screaming! House #1, was the best choice! She was very nice!
See ladies...if you dress to impress, speak clearly and have an educational background in something, you can sell luxuriously or just sell anything successfully. Image is virtually everything...especially meeting people for the first time.

Uggs and another similar brand make boots like that. Costco had ones like that for the winter. Try going to DSW and other big warehouse shoe places.

Not like that this is the problem but of course their is endless numbers of houses to see you understand me
I hate to burst your bubble, but for most of these types of shows the buyers have already chosen their home --- the other two homes are staged.
I heard, or read somewhere, they already found a house and bought it, they just film and show us the other houses, but I mean they could be wrong
They choose the house before filming. By the time they shoot the lady already knows. Its just for show

The second house is traditionally Tudor,but I would ripped those stairs with a bulldozer.Afterwork tiredness and hands full of bags and then those stairs.
The multi-million dollar buyers are so much more humble and grounded than those on House Hunters with $150000 to spend who screech about granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
You know I find it unlikely that the only show them three houses considering the fact that it is a big decision I would have thought they would have shown at least five to six homes

I wasn't impressed with this episode because it felt like the client was settling. You can tell that she loved the third house, but it wasn't in her budget.
