One of the best buyers on this show... young, polite and a successful handsome guy who knows what he needs with clarity of mind.
He seemed like a genuinely nice guy who values family. Very sweet.

@@beeftvs4684 yep, manners are about saving face and ensuring the other person feels respected. So, yeah of course you can tell who has manners or not in the first interaction.
When the premise behind your show revolves around your customer, this was a great one! When having this much money hasn't changed your manners, you know he's going a lot further in life & great choice on his new home!

Tatiana is the perfect hostess, very professional, always impeccably dressed. I liked house number 2 as well especially the swimming pool area and the view but I like the interior from house number 3 the best. The buyer will be very happy in house number 2 with his large family.

Just to clarify, they won't live with him.. but for family gatherings, as they said they are like 20 plus just in LA, means they all have their homes but in his culture & religion, family relations are important

That's strange. If I were a property developer I'd buy land and put my own custom home the way I like it on the land. It would cost less than buying a pre built home that's already appreciated in value.

Wow 10 thousand sq ft. I can't imagine living in something that big especially if I don't have the people that live there all the time. It's wasted rooms if you don't use it all the time.

This "client" comes off a bit odd to me. I mean call me ignorant if you want, but after he introduces himself, he goes on to say "I've got my MBA, I mean...I've done quite well for myself"
Um, ok...you've got your MBA yes, congrats, but that does not explain how you can afford a 10 million dollar house! I mean C'mon now! It'll make a lot more sense if you come from money, an heir, inheritance, I mean something logical and sensible...an MBA doesn't cut it.
Then as the episode progresses he mentions that his whole family (of 20+ ppl in LA alone) will be living in the house. Ok, now we're getting somewhere, perhaps they're all putting money together to buy a family home. That makes a lot more sense. But then again, I'm only 4 minutes in, let me continue watching.

If his from Africa we have one big family with many moms, dads,brothers and sisters. The word cousin is not in our vocab.
I think it’s both. He might have extended family that he likes to have over regularly to entertain but is also looking to start his family.

Muslims live with their extended family. Grandparents, mom, dad, sisters, brothers, wife or two wives, kids... even uncles and aunts.
