About the last house, that's perfect for alligators, they can get a nice meal when the home owners go for a night swim. All the alligators have to do is swim out the canel, climb over the fence/wall and alligators are great at climbing. Then submerge themselves in the pool and wait.

@@monas there’s a difference between an alligator accidentally going in a pool and actively putting yourself in a situation with a lot of alligators. If you swim with a lot of them, maybe one will accidentally bite you thinking you’re a fish or maybe feel scared or threatened. If you’re not trained, it’s dangerous, although I had friends who would swim in alligator infested ponds. There’s people that go diving with gators around all the time. If you need examples, just look up alligator photography underwater.

Is it generational or the product of watching too many of these programs? First time home buyers seem to demand their "dream house". It used to be you got a "starter house" that you could afford (with some stretching"). Any "dream house" was something you bought if your income went up or your starter house appreciated. You didn't buy a dream house in your 20's unless you had rich parents.
