Not wowed by any of them (too spaceshippy) but I’d pick number 2 (because it seemed warmer and I liked the yard).

My thoughts exactly‼️ This house are too cold except for the 2 one which has warmer home feeling.
I am surprised that they chose the 3 one because it’s the ugliest of them all in my eyes🤷🏾♀️
They all looked like tech offices to me 😕 but number 2 was the best out of the 3 imo.

After watching it: Did I say *house?* More like an airport. They don’t look like homes.
*In my opinion, I was irritated about how the wife was all about “me me me, my my my, I I I” and the husband was just going alone with it :(*

love all the 3 houses and just make me happy. it make me dream big and say one day i will have one of those house but def not doing 9-5 hours job. looool if you want house like that then you need to think outside the box and not working for anyone. dream big guys

I can’t imagine anyone feeling at home in any of these cold feeling houses. And how can you expect a great view when you live in the city?
I did love the pools though, otherwise way too big and “office like” for my style. I would like to see more of these.
Not everyone is a homebody, so their definition of homey is probably different. People who entertain a lot and go out a lot generally don't spend much time in the house and when they are in the house they have regular clothes on and probably even shoes! That's part of why homes like this are so popular in large cities. And cities can have great views too. I personally prefer nature, but a right view in LA with the lights at night can be fantastic as well. Finding a place with that kind of view is either going to cost you many millions more or having to live in a condo.

The houses give not been decorated. The are all magnificent but we're only staged for buyers. Anyone who can afford it can do a lot more in terms of decorating.
I really enjoyed the showing. I bet Houses 1 and 3 are from the same construction company (same size dining and same windows on the master bathroom!). Both smart houses with clean lines, very spacious and beautiful outdoor. I'd have a hard time choosing but I think I'd go with house number 3 as well (but I loved the stair and skylight on house #1)!
Yes, I can see where she's coming from - the backyard of the 2nd home could use a nice spruce up. A quite simple fix actually, but still an excellent home nonetheless.

I mean, location is obviously everything. I can find the same size homes in my neighborhood that are like 300,000. It's also all the modern architecture too. That costs big money.

Price, I’ll choose #2, But, a smart house, I’ll choose #1 due to the facade of #3 that looks more boxier and not as bright looking inside. The only, down fall for #1 is the view from the master bedroom!
I loved house number 2. My least favorite was 3. They could have done a little more to 2's backyard.
I really think he is not thrilled about their choice, but he will go with whatever she wants. Married life may become quite a challenge for him after the honeymoon period is over!!!

Here is my reasoning. The first house is the best for then because it was Smart, open and had the patio they liked. It was not cozy but that is easily change with design.
