Where I live, the first house would be 20-30 million. Living in one of the best skiing areas in the country raises everything by a lot. BTW a small 1200 sq foot home sold for 7 million here.
The second home needed a lot of updating, also it looked like the outside of the pool was rusted out. That may even be a teardown for a wealthy investor.

Ladies need to break out of the thought that they're only sex objects, and that they have to dress like someone who has to advertise their body. A woman looks much better dressed in something that is more tailored to her self, something that flows around her body a little bit, instead of something so tight that it takes away from the person inside and only enhances the shell outside.
I think they both, look great. Their outfits fit well and they look very well put together. As a woman, I appreciate other women that enjoy taking pride in their appearance. As long as feel good, that should be all that matters.

The 1st house was light, modern, spacious..the 2nd house was more old world, and needed alot of updating, the aesthetics of the 3rd house was off, dark kitchen, no particular style, just a mixture of different styles...the buyer seemed underwhelmed by any of them...interesting how they would enter a room and stand in one place and just look not really explore and get a true feel for the homes...
Mansion, #2 was my favorite! It was so over priced; but gorgeous! If I was not short a few dollars, I would buy it!! 😂😂😂 But #1 having that added Casita, is a dream! I love this home as well! 👍🏆👍

3rd house has lots of greenery that she wanted but 1st house was newly renovated, in excellent condition. Wish I could afford one in my country
