Wow, what a workout. No killer workout title or 500kcl to burn. Thought this would be a normal one. But this one was tough and amazing. Totally out of breath. Great exercises like leg switch crunches, lateral squat hops and plank saw pikes. And on the top jump squats and then burpees as finisher. Puh, this was hard. Had to take some extra breaks. Music was great too. Good warm up without any variety of push ups. For cool down I was to exhausted😅Thanks

I love your workouts, I was doing CG for a while but needed to switch it up. I'm curious, how much working out do you do outside of the workout videos?
Great question! We created a mini home gym in our garage with some equipment... but I'd say 90-95% of my workouts are these videos. I always see the best results when I push myself instead of moving slowly from one machine to the next in the gym.

Will these workouts make me look like you?
I follow him for a long time, I can answer you with ''Hell Yeah!!'', but you should be consistent at least 3 times a week.
I hope this is not inappropriate to ask here, if so, can someone point me to a better way, please? I had a stroke and am paralyzed on the left side, so I cannot do anything that requires weight-bearing with that side [ like push-ups or pikes] I can walk with a cane and do squats holding onto a bar or furniture, what, in detail, can I substitute for those parts of this workout to still get the full benefit?
