Isn't it weird how so many super expensive mansions are so stale and impersonal? I won't ever live in a place like that, but i'm guessing it would be more like living in an empty hotel than a home.
I mean that's also because often it's just "grab keys and move in" without needing to do anything. so it's not like you can't personalize it after the fact. either it'd be personalised before you move in, or after. or not if you like the boutique hotel style setting
What I find really weird is how these places are built in such a way that you never have to leave the house. Everything is there, from the massage room to the barber shop. The point of that would be to have privacy, but this kind of house requires so much staff to keep it running that you're constantly crowded in your own home. Might as well just go somewhere else for a day out instead.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The design is beautiful. I love everything about it and I usually think these houses are so over the top but this one I could imagine someone living in.

It doesn’t have a Sauna, study, music/ studio room, backyard waterfall….plus other things. I know it’s already sold but 43 is way too much when you consider the location!
