This is one of the first homes on this channel that feels grand but also like I could live in it. It seems like it was designed to look beautiful but not like a museum!
@Jesus has given you all. Repent or die. “Have courage and be kind. Protect the lives of others like you would protect yourself. We have only one life, humans aren’t meant to live forever and If Jesus were still here, he’d want us to solve our own problems.” - First Me, verses 1-infinity.
Beautiful home. Regardless of the grand size it still looks lived in. Too many mansions look sterile and stages to perfection that it doesn’t look lived in or like a home.
you mean her interior designer did a beautiful job. the realtors just giving her all the credit. quite sure she only yay or nay the designers choices.. lol
My heart goes out for Casey for making an elegant , classy , and a cozy home that is endearing to look at , she made it a safe haven from work , and stress , I wish her luck in her next projects and thanks to Tracy Sonka Stultz of Sonka Stultz Design for helping her realizing it.
Considering the Matthews haven't occupied the house for even a full two years I need to ask why are they selling this soon if it's so perfect for them??
I bet it's too big. A huge house seems nice but that's a lot of walking and having it maintained and cleaned constantly. You need a team of housekeepers just to keep it looking good.
@@nate42384 So true!! And with all the smog in the L.A. area, you can bet all those fancy chandeliers look awfully dirty in about a month. With chandeliers that high, that job alone would require a special cleaning crew having extra tall ladders. Ugh. What a pain.
A home which is here to stay .. the beautiful white, comfortable, neat, forever elegant, durable and spacious, it has it all.. the best space is the ‘great room’, open kitchen and living area with the beams on the ceiling..!!!
What a beautiful house. No doubt about that. My only concern, one morning you might awake and realize that half of your backyard has shifted down hill.
Really beautiful. Definitely a forever home. I love the different room colors/wallpaper. They also did a good job of incorporating gold into the stone, definitely stealing that idea.
Though that view is outstanding, having all that so close to that kind of drop off would give me serious concerns. Still, love the grounds, decor and color scheme coordination. They all seem to blend so well. Very nice.
They [Casey] did a very excellent job on this house! Almost reminds me like something you'd see in the Hamptons a bit just without the sand. It feels larger than the specs too which is amazing! The newer one on the same street is bigger but this doesn't sacrifice much at all in terms of amenities and scale. Good buy!👌🏿
While the safe room is a nice touch, it would be nice if it were somehow kept secret. Because now I know where it is because of this video and if I were a thief that’s half the battle.
Well in this house, all the bedrooms have their own bath, including the nursery-room which is actually included as a bedroom, plus the pool has one, there are two powder rooms on the main floor, and there is one on the bottom level near the theater.
When you have events or parties people may want to use the bathrooms at once. And if you don't want them in your private bathrooms all those powder rooms will serve.
I don't NFL players always do this they not only get traded during their career which makes it hard to find one place to live they also over spend and many end up broke once their career is over. Not that that will happen with Clay, but that's mainly what I think about when I see an NFL player who makes at top 13 million a year and might be worth around 50M to make a 30M home purchase kind of makes me go yikes. Hopefully his online networth stats are way off, but homes like this also cost a lot to maintain.
So crazy knowing some people live like this with room to spare and others live in the streets or awful/tiny houses Not saying someone is guilty for living like this, I mean this is the society we live in and who wouldnt want space and comfort? But it still is sad
Such an incredible house, the nursery is really lovely and gives so much ideas, loving this forest like wallpaper, do you know what's the model and brand?
I can see right now that the top of bank is unstable and that slope is not at an angle of repose. They're gonna lose a significant chunk of their lawn one of these days without some major revetement work.
Honestly it's probably overpriced. A home sold down the road for 30 million and it was over 20k square feet and had a bigger yard. If you went by that square footage, it's about $10mil overpriced. But nobody actually expects to get what they ask for a house, and really large and expensive homes like this frequently sell for quite a bit less than the asking price.

Yup! I agree!
It looks like it could be on The Sims. The ones you love it.
This was featured by another presenter before, a LOT of people LOVED this HOUSE.
Now that is a beautiful house. Someone did an excellent job staging it.

Oh so the "safe room" houses a literal safe and isn't a safe-space room like I was thinking. lol
Beautiful home. Regardless of the grand size it still looks lived in. Too many mansions look sterile and stages to perfection that it doesn’t look lived in or like a home.
Stupid that now everybody knows about the safe room, it is now a little unsafe
@@Sisi-vk6pn Could be, but I don't think they are this smart
Two videos of this house in one day... They're really trying to get it sold. Beautiful home.
I’d change nothing about this home, cus it’s totally my taste. Timeless too! Stealing all the ideas too!! 🤩😁
I absolutely love that blue in the billiards room. Gorgeous home.
Casey should have her own show because she did a beautiful job
you mean her interior designer did a beautiful job. the realtors just giving her all the credit. quite sure she only yay or nay the designers choices.. lol
The light fixtures are so beautiful 😍 they really elevate each room in the house to the next level 🥰
This house looks warm and cozy! Lovely light fixtures!
Never heard of “Casey” or “Clay” (don’t watch sports) but their house is very lovely ❤️👍

The safe room at 3:17 is no longer safe lol
If I played a drinking game every time someone says "incredible", I'd need a liver transplant.
Considering the Matthews haven't occupied the house for even a full two years I need to ask why are they selling this soon if it's so perfect for them??
because he is not playng in LA anymore, and he lives in nashville with the rest of his family, so he doesn´t need this house.

As Sabino said, its most likely due to the fact that he doesnt play for an LA based team anymore
California taxes
def would buy this house if I had enough money
Set up a plan to reach that goal.

UPDATE: it sold in NOV 2022 for $20 million.
Yes. Thank you.
Hey you guys never show a "safe room"... There's a reason it's called "safe room"
This was beautifully done.
Love the pool 🏊♂️

What a beautiful house. No doubt about that. My only concern, one morning you might awake and realize that half of your backyard has shifted down hill.
3:23 safe room is not safe anymore :)
The way 29-995 was said. As if the property only costs 5 dollars short of 30 grand. Hahaha
Its so beautiful and grand with great choice of colors, awesome arrangements, beautiful color mixing certainly the owner has great living 🎉🎉🎉
Really beautiful. Definitely a forever home. I love the different room colors/wallpaper. They also did a good job of incorporating gold into the stone, definitely stealing that idea.
This house is fabulous
wow it still amazes me that there are houses this big

i love how they say it to look so cheap by saying 29 995
What a beautiful place. The ladies don't even need to try and sell this property, it pretty much speaks for itself lol.
Basketball is definitely going down that hill
I would be terrified!
Window Coverings add a personal touch and finish off a home.

Why do American houses have so many more bathrooms than bedrooms? I really don’t get it!
A bathroom for every bedroom, plus bathrooms in other places around the house
never wait in line
Well in this house, all the bedrooms have their own bath, including the nursery-room which is actually included as a bedroom, plus the pool has one, there are two powder rooms on the main floor, and there is one on the bottom level near the theater.
Me neither

SO MAGNIFICENT AND LOVABLE
“No one would think to do burnt orange with blue” they’re complimentary colors… lol
This house was sold for $20,000,000! Can’t wait for it to be back on the market! 🎉 It’s absolutely stunning
Love how everything is "flown-in!" 🤣
Yes show us where the safe is.
Beautiful
00:52 family traditional home. Yep, 30 mln traditional home :)
wow the flamingo wc really catches your attention xD
Beautiful!
Beautiful, thoughtful, and ageless!
love this house i can't stop looking at this video
Imagine asking $30m for a house and charging extra for the billiard table 😂
Casey Noble, Host or director of show “Design on a Dime” and the wife of Clay Matthew’s (NFL) …
Wow, beautiful 😍
Beautiful home!!
If it's their forever home - why are they moving?
Divorce 👍
@@nero1747 no, they’re relocating to Nashville to be closer to family apparently
@@peace4111 and taxes are way lower in Nashville. Guessing that might have something to do with it as well?
My first thought was the threat of forest fires. Santa Monica area has been on fire before in 2019.
Dang there's no way Clay can afford to upkeep this home lol
Amazing 🔥
Love the bathroom with the crane wallpaper❤
INCREDIBLE!!
Beautiful home
So now I know what my dream house looks like.
This house is beautiful beyond expression.
"They thought this would be their forever home"

Awesome!
Imagine having $30 million to spend on a home and the two real estate agents have the vocabulary of high-school students? "Wow...that's amazing!"
Thank You

Such an incredible house, the nursery is really lovely and gives so much ideas, loving this forest like wallpaper, do you know what's the model and brand?
I love love the interior x
So beautiful wow
Giant place, looks good, modern
They shortcutted the price and said 29,995, brought my hopes up
I can see right now that the top of bank is unstable and that slope is not at an angle of repose. They're gonna lose a significant chunk of their lawn one of these days without some major revetement work.
Imagine a landslide and the house going off a cliff
Lmaooooo 😂 I was thinking the same thing 💀 😭 😂 lmao
Yes that’s a point… Sure the engineers have taken that into account, all the possibilities of mishaps ..
rest upto ___…
Such a supreme home
Wowsi!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Probably on the market because it's floating down the hill next week
And it's floating down the hill because it's trying to run away from the forest fires
I couldn’t imagine owning this home it’s so over the top and a full time job.
Love both offices
Behind these library walls there is a "safe room" lmao gg
I can't even afford the fork in this house
Who’s this Clay person they keep mentioning … definitely has great taste
I am in love!
Nice video
the word potential "avalanche" comes to mind...
♥️♥️♥️awesome😍😍😍👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The house is amazing but personally I couldn’t care less who owned it and they seem to mention it every 30 seconds
Per Calabasas standards 30 million is actually a great price for this house
not really. that’s steep for calabasas.. maybe in bel air or beverly hills
Honestly it's probably overpriced. A home sold down the road for 30 million and it was over 20k square feet and had a bigger yard. If you went by that square footage, it's about $10mil overpriced. @@volcrazy89 I have a question...Is 30 million only for the house or all the furniture, finishing touches included?
Okay I love this! Let me gather my $30 million
when they say 30 million dollars, does it include all the furnitures or is that the price of the house when emptied?
When a home has a safe room, don’t let the whole world know… lol
Wow I didn't realize he made that kind of bucks
29 thousand for this house? Amazing!!!!
Is there an update on if this house sold?
The upkeep, insurance and property tax got to be $2 million a year in California! LOL! No thanks!
Miss you Clay. Go Pack Go
