@@tyrellcobb4665 In my opinion, a house tour guided by an architect is still 1000% more meaningfull than those ones by tacky real estate agents. Designers know about their projects a lot more. And this particular house speaks for itself, even without any voice - it has a strong, modern line, beautiful natural materials and all rooms are complementing each other very well.

This specific usage of ancient Japanese culture in a extravagantly luxurious home doesn't sit well with me. Then to etch a quote from the Hagakure Analects, a reference for living a simple bushido existence, into a 26-million-dollar home, was jarring. I don't find this to be respectful, actually the opposite, bad juju for the next home owner. I genuinely feel this beautiful home could've done without the false 'mystic Asian' narrative or at least a truer execution. No offense to the architect - I'm sure the client had input as well.

This home is very masculine. Which I love. I'm actually not a fan of so much marble, especially dark marble throughout but I love how it's texturized. The theatre is spectacular, the furniture was too dark but that's staging, again more masculine but the bones of it is superb, especially the bar stone. I would've love to see the bar stone incorporated in the kitchen. The wellness center is a dream. I always wanted in my dream home a clear walkway to my master completely separate. The Bathroom is perfection not a fan of the lights but that's just my personal taste, it fits the home however. The only thing I would want with a 26 million dollar home is a bigger atrium space, the bonsai tree is beautiful but I wouldn't love that space to be bigger, I also would love a smaller plunge pool outside the master, "A spool". Beautiful home nonetheless, will be one lucky buyer.

I love this house but it’s missing a helipad, a panic room and a staff quarters 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love the intention that went into the design of this home, but the clear walk ways aren’t ideal for skirts and dresses… haha

So you didn't walk us through the entry gate. Like first gate inside the house. Entry matters a lot.. although i don't have even 100$ but i am stating this as a viewer! :)

Has there ever been a mansion built for gen alpha gamers? If homes are expected to last a hundred years, they should think about who will be living in them in the future. Not what old people like now, old people that will die within 20 years. Where's the VR room? Where's the ultimate PC room? Where's the delivery parking port?
