It’s very hard for people to get in trouble for perjury because they consider that not a big deal and they have so many other larger issues to deal with. I really wish they would do this with her because she really needs to be stopped. If they would bring her up on perjury charges she would have to let go of all this crap that she’s putting out there. These arguments against charging AH for lying under oath do not make any kind of sense. There are *several* instances when AH clearly lied during the trial. The police, trained in DV, were called TWICE & saw nothing even remotely suspicious is just one example. Or that the Op-Ed was not about JD when she not only made dog whistle references to JD in the article that a deaf person could hear and on the stand AH inadvertently confessed that she had indeed written the article about JD.
In my view her most ergregious lie was her denying knowing how JD's finger became injured, then changed her story to be that he cut off his finger himself with the phone by smashing it. When the phone was pictured undamaged, she claimed that the phone was on the wall, that claim was also proven false. Yet, she is on tape admitting that she had thrown the bottle and cut off the tip of JD's finger as she pleads for forgiveness. It was not admissible because the man she confessed to has since died? She confessed period.
Not charging AH only shows that lying under oath has no as in ZERO consequence and is a sham exercise. It should not be up to JD to call out her lies because she lied *to the court* . Therefore, the court should punish her since she has been caught clearly telling lies.
AH had a fresh bruise on her cheek *6 days* after she'd seen JD last when she staged the restraining order by alerting TMZ. Why wasn't an expert called in to explain how bruises heal. What about her lying about the photos she reused?
AH made a mockery of the judicial system and now her lawyer is making misleading statements and lying on TV for those who have not followed the trial to get worked up about.
This is a travesty and taints JD's complete vindication.

yeh but her 1st lie that she never did coke can be proven a lie. there are all sorts of people who have done coke w/amber. these people can testify to that

@@T3rra8 yes anyone that does MDNA, mushrooms, adderal, sleeping pills and drinks bottles of wine everyday will do a line of coke too. im pretty sure that the pic of lines was her breakfast and her tampon straw. its highly unlikely whitney did coke w/johnny but amber said no. NO WAY!

As far as difficulty of proving her lies is concerned, let us take one simple example: she said yes when asked whether she had taken the video of JD banging the cabinets. This video was on her personal tablet. A few days later it was with TMZ who now owns the copyright of the video. She said no when she was asked whether she or her team had given the video to TMZ. However, a TMZ employee came and testified that it is only when a video comes directly from the content creator that TMZ does not have to verify anything and it can upload the video without any delay. TMZ was able to upload this video within 15 minutes. Additionally, there's that video from the UK trial where she slipped up and said, "because TMZ had been alerted."
She also tampered with and fabricated evidence.
I don't think the specialist here (Marie Pereira) knows the case well enough.

Completely agree. All bias aside, there are multiple examples of perjury/tampered evidence that can easily be proven. The TMZ one is easily one of the biggest.

What about when she stated the photos were taking at different times and with different lighting….. she knew that was not true and it was proven that the photo’s were edited. She knew the pictures were not taken at different times and with different lighting but she still chose to say that.

So basically people will probably now feel free to commit perjury.
If she can get away from making almost all false statements, then...guess everyone can?
They really need to take that law which will not be prosecuted- a non existent law.

Make no mistake she believed her lies to be FALSE she manufactured them and evidence however it is a civil case and I don’t think that given the backlog of cases in court these days that they would prosecute

I think we need to differentiate between lack of evidence (they maybe telling the truth but have no evidence) and evidence that totally contradict the allegations (clearly misrepresenting facts to harm another). There should be consequences for the latter.

The lady is wrong, as there is a former colleague of AH, who says that he witnessed AH doing cocaine in recent years, whereas she said under oath that she stopped doing cocaine when she was 18.
Thats just one of the many.
Also, the manager of the trailer park contradicted her statement 100%

Amber does not believe in God so it would be so easy and not think twice to perjury herself. She’s not above the law and should be charged with perjury, she obviously knew she was perjuring herself every single time she took the stand; and reminded her she was still under oath.
She took an oath, she promised to tell the truth, help her God. She has no conscience whatsoever.

That woman should be prosecuted and held accountable, beyond defamation, for each and every crime involved in what she did
Amber Heard engaged in a destructive game with JD, one she started, one belonging to her narcistic frustrations, beliving that she could easily win it, taking advantage of some weak spot of JD she got acquainted to. She knows no shame. It is really a disgusting person

Well I’m sure Camille Vasquez has proven beyond reasonable doubt that she lied on the stand during the cross examination. She should be charged for falsifying evidence as well which could be proven by the digital forensics expert by getting a warrant on her devices that she refused to turn over.
