AH really needs to be held accountable by at least 1 country. The fact that she has knowingly committed perjury in 3 different countries and literally has made a mockery of the overall justice system is absolutely sickening. The pooping on the bed actually helps the case too, cause it becomes evidence that one or both of them may have been sick, with an unidentified illness, therefore increasing the risk to Australia to import them without the required health checks

@@ashleymcmeakin8590 I've heard attorneys say this is a misinterpretation. She can file for an appeal for as little as $500. If she wants to prevent JD from initiating collection of the $10.3 million she ultimately owes him WHILE she appeals the verdict, then she must post the $10 million.

Of course. To file an appeal she would have to put up a bond for the 10 million 350 thousand dollar judgement with a 6% annual interest and continue to pay court cost and legal fees for only God knows how long until the appeal. The main problem with all of that besides Amber stating that she doesn't have that kind of money... is that she doesn't have a strong case for the appeal court to overturn, etc. In other words it would be a HUGE gamble to appeal the case and she would still be racking up court cost and legal fees on top of that. Amber's attorneys are trying to avoid going the appeal route and try to have this Judge take some type of action. They are definitely grasping at straws. Hey maybe the ACLU will help her out and give her the money... LOL. No one wants their name associated with Amber and they definitely don't want to be dragged into a court case that the world is watching. I am surprised that Amber's attorneys haven't been straight with her yet. They need to be upfront with her. Hopefully soon.

Jurors show ID in Fairfax every time they go in. AH lawyers faced that very same juror every day for 6+ weeks and said nothing. If they won, would they have said anything?

We've got the balls, but in reality, unless she tries to come here again, it's unlikely we'll actually take any further actions against her on the dogs.
If Johnny was to come here & make a statement to the police that she cut his finger with the bottle, that would be a different story! If he said he was willing to give evidence against her over that & asked the police to charge her, that we would do & we would jail her for DV & using a weapon in an assault on a DV victim. It would be taken very seriously & her & Johnny's team knew that, that's why they flew her out of the country the next day, cause if it leaked that she did it, she was going to be charged, even without a statement from Johnny. Given the time that's passed now, he would need to travel here & make a statement & ask for her to be charged for further action to be taken on that case though, cause we don't have enough to realistically get a conviction without his participation in the process, so we're not going to bother unless we get that
