    • @TheMidgardViking
      @TheMidgardViking Год назад +13

      @@StrawberryNinjaNibbles Forgive me for jumping in here, but I'd like to step out on a limb and take a guess based on Perry Mason the TV show from the 60's, of which I might add became the gold standard for courtroom procedure according to what I have read. Mason and Burger quite frequently labeled someone a hostile witness who had a tendency to dodge questions and by doing so, the Judge would require yes or no questions and anything other than yes or no was immediately stopped by interrupting the witness. If they added more than yes or no, they would issue a motion to strike the answer from the record. Other times, when they needed more context other than just yes or no, they would do the same thing by asking a question and needing a specific response and anything other than what they needed was interrupted. Again, this is just my speculation and I may be totally wrong.

    That moment when she was "scared" of JD?
    She has been looking at JD quite frequently during her testimony and I kept wondering why.
    Personally I think AH been looking for an opportunity to lock eyes or get in a "confrontation" with JD and "show fear" since the start of her testimony and just couldn't get it from him since he just kept looking down the entire time.
    She finally saw a chance to do what she was hoping to do and just leapt at it and it came off as so very fake.

    Has anyone seen the movie Johnny acted in, "Dark Shadows"? It's uncanny how similar the two situations are. He is fighting for his freedom from Amber's false accusations. She's blatantly trying to sabotage his whole life and career by painting a false picture of him, trying to make him a slave to her will.
    In the movie, he is fighting the antagonist, "Angelique" to rescue himself from her long term curse. She painted him out to be horrible, and drug his character Barnabas through the ringer. He went through many trials to get back on track in his life. All I can say is Amber is a dangerous person, she seethes a lot of ill intent for HER BENEFIT. She doesn't love him, never loved him. She had ill intentions when marrying him.
    Truth be told, he got the last laugh in Dark Shadows once he finally released the chains she bound him with. I don't doubt that he will get the last laugh here. She will always be always be known as the fraud wife, no one who has heard of her will want anything to do with her. Amber will fall like the heartless woman she is, she just dug herself a large, lonely karma hole.
