Apple Chutney
16 Cups Chopped Apples
2 medium Onions
4 Cups of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups of Sugar
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 tsp Clove
1 tsp ginger
Salt to taste
Cook down until thick
Apple Syrup
10 quarts of apples
10 quarts of water
10 cups of sugar
Cool down until thick.
Canning Day Casserole
3 cups of rice (can be soaked and then rinsed)
Mix with broccoli
Diced beef or ground beef
2 cups of grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups milk
2 cups water
1/4 cup tapioca starch
Mix and pour over rice meat and veggies
Cover and bake at 350 for an hour or until the rice is cooked through.
