I just purchased your brushes; these would be my first makeup brushes ever in my life, and I am happy that I can purchase from someone who keeps it real and who I can trust.
Sigma brushes are lovely! I'd love to get the set, but between tax, handling fee, postage and customs, they would cost me nearly double. Was hoping they'd sell them in Europe tbh!
I’ve gotten really into cutting my foundations, bb creams, etc with the la-roche posay lipikar balm AP. Sheers out the coverage and leaves me with a really pretty skin like finish that usually wears better on me. Mentioning here because Taylor has mentioned she likes the lipikar balm as a body lotion, and it is great for that, but it’s also great as a facial moisturizer and a foundation mix-in. Super great, really versatile product.
It’s the best facial moisturizer, especially in winter. I’ve used it alone (well, with my entire facial routine) and cut it with foundation as well. Highly recommend!
I will never understand why companies put fragrance in skincare or makeup (let alone super strong fragrances). It’s 100% a dealbreaker for me no matter what so I always appreciate hearing if there is fragrance in things.
Probably because companies can’t keep up with these trends. Yes fragrance-free is a trend for most people. Some have always disliked fragrance, but those people were too rare for most companies to cater to, most people used to not mind fragrance. Since the internet fear mongered about fragrance being bad for your skin, now everyone is against it regardless whether it genuinely bothers them or not. Companies haven’t all wised up to this fad yet. In truth it’s already dying down due to James Welsh, Abbey Yung and other influencers dispelling it a bit
Geez Louise do you DO THE HOMEWORK or what? Again, the way you research is mind blowing. I,j myself as an avid makeup purchaser, appreciate your knowledge more than I can say. Hi! I am much much older than you but curious if you have found a foundation for textured skin. My skin is suddenly drier, any foundation looks horrible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I am currently trying pretty natural by essence ... it was one Taylor tried and liked and pretty reasonable on price... I think it looks decent on my skin and normally hate foundations bc of my texture and doesn't sit well ... but this one I think looks nice ...im gonna try the physicians formula butter believe it one Taylor mentioned as well 😊

Its crazy how much foundation can vary from person to person. I love the Jaclyn blur tint, I don't think it has a scent at all, the only thing is less is more. 1 pump for the entire face looks gorgeous, any more than that and it looks cakey.
I guess the same is for her concealer because in her last video she used it, and her undereyes were perfection-no creasing, separation or texture. But all reviews I have watched are terrible!
@nare hakobyan I am not sure, I didn't buy the concealer. I want to try to it. I have mixed the blur tint with foundation for a little bit more coverage and liked that also.
Really wish I could afford the brush set and support you, but congratulations on the launch!! Happy to see you’ve finally got a concealer brush you love again lol
Same here. $75 for three brushes is a huge ask in my world and I wonder at the disconnect. Are the materials that expensive, or is it the RUclips Contributors name that inflates the price out of reach?

Try the L'Oréal with the no 7 pressed powder all over and the wet n wild setting spray, it looks good all day on me, even with a mask, pulling it on and off all day, it stays so well.
I love that dewy skin is a thing now. I used to hate my oily skin but now I love it! I switched to just using a tinted SPF with minimal coverage and I'm loving it!
Thank you for these reviews, they truly help so much. I’ve been using the L’Oréal serum foundation as a mix in with my more drying foundations and it has been a miracle worker. It adds just enough luminosity and hydration to make them work so much better on my dry skin.

You guys have to try mixing the new charlotte tilbury beautiful skin foundation with the nars natural radiant foundation. It’s the most beautiful my skin has ever looked. Medium coverage, satin/dewy finish. It’s looks absolutely perfect. I’ve never seen anything like it. Pores are so blurred, completion is even but it doesn’t look like heavy makeup AT ALL!

Yeah for another foundation Friday! Anyone else stop watching a video, and immediately start watching Taylor's when the notification pops up?? I DO!🥰❤️❤️
I have oily skin, and I love the l'oreal nude tinted serum. I'm 40. Same with my daughter. She is 18. It's lightweight and just gives a natural smooth look. It's the only thing I have found that truly looks like it's just your skin but better. No polkadot pores, no settling into fine lines...
The Estée Lauder Sheer actually says to apply with your fingers, and this is one of the few foundations where I agree with that. It’s become my daily go-to. You don’t need a lot of product when applying with hands, and you can press just a little extra on in places to add coverage.
Watching this as I do my make up this morning with your new brushes for the first time and I am literally blown away! Especially the under eye pressed powder brush is SO GOOD on my fine lines. You did that Taylor!
It cracks me up too, the whole skin tint thing. Mac face and Body has been around for years and years, it's still the best foundation on the market, that's why it's in every makeup artists kit
I've been using the L'Oreal serum foundation for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. Have you tried applying it with just your fingers instead of the sponge? I find it applies best that way, and I think that's actually what L'Oreal recommends for it as well.
The L’Oréal true match serum is super long lasting on me, I was shocked to hear you say it only lasts 4 hours on you! It’s one of the few skin tints (and I am a skin tint ho) that I can put on in the morning and forget about until bedtime.
What kind of skin do you have? I have mature, dry skin (but I moisturize well) and I'm looking for a long wear serum foundation. I'm wondering if this would be a good formula for me and if it's long lasting wearing a mask.
@@cm_mb I have combo dry skin (nose gets oily, the rest of my skin is dry). The product itself has a satin-matte finish, but there is a subtle pearl running through it so it looks radiant. Kind of like the supergoop glow screen but less intense if you’ve tried that! There’s no detectable shimmer or anything. It looks really smooth on my skin and I have pretty distinct fine lines and a scar on my forehead (along with larger pores and ice pick acne scarring)

Wow you're my guru to all things foundation or skin tint or concealer! Amazing research and although our skin types are so different, I just feel I know what to try. That knowledge comes from you. Thank you for all your work!
I hope we are going to get a video on this eye look. I could not stop staring at it, it’s so pretty, and I have the palette to boot. Trying adding some blue pigment to any foundation that is too yellow, it’ll neutralize the yellow pigment. I know LA Girl has a blue pigment out, but you may be able to find it somewhere else as well. I have cool/pink undertones, so most foundation are too yellow for me.
I picked up the Mac powder plus foundation (in c4) and at 45 with dry skin would not have thought I’d be able to use it as foundation and I love it so much I haven’t used anything else sense I bought it and I’m a collector with a dozen or more foundations. I’m in love. It’s beautiful. I prep my skin for powder and I’m sure that’s important.

I'm so glad your review of JH products match my exact thoughts and experience with those products. After trying it 3 times I gifted it to my coworker that is 23 so maybe it works better for her. Love your reviews
I really like the L’Oréal true match hylauranic acid ! I never used the sponge and this but it works. It doesn’t last too long but then again it makes my skin look nice. And my skin is getting older I feel like I can’t use mattefying or foundation I used to use. Crazy... also my skin is dry in winter
I recently purchased the shiseido synchro skin radiant, and I'm obsessed. I think after 3 years hunting for my perfect foundation, I've found it because of you. Thank you 😊
Your brushes just arrived in the mail today, yay! And omGosh, they are so soft and lux. It truly shows the amount of work and dedication you put into each brush because the details are so spectacular. Amazing job, Taylor! 😘
I Was soo excited when these brushes launched. I received mine last week and I’m in love already they work beautiful 😍. Congratulations 🎉 you deserve this!
I have combo/oily skin and love the L’Oréal tinted serum foundation. It’s a radiant/satin finish but doesn’t make my skin look oily at the end of the day. I only have the Fenty Eaze drops to compare it to, they’re similar but Fenty has more coverage (and a slightly better shade match). Fenty wears off more on a mask compared to the L’Oréal though.
First of all Congratulations on your new brushes!! My daughter purchased a set for herself and surprised me with a set too so I can’t wait for them to get here!! I purchased the set of candles for my daughter and she loves them so much and I’ve purchased your hoodie for her last year! She adores your channel so much! She feels your skin is very similar, I have maturing normal/dry skin and I love your recommendations!! Cheers and love from Canada 🇨🇦
so excited for your brush set! I work at Sephora and imo the best light dewy foundations you need to try are Givenchy Prisme Libre Glow and Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. there's also new formulas of the Bobbi Brown Skin Serum and Dior Forever Glow, would love to see any of those get reviewed ♥
I love the Jacklyn Cosmetics concealer. Coverage is great, finish is great, color match worked it for me as well! It does dry down quickly but if you know that you can work with it accordingly.
I saw that comment on your charlotte review saying to try the L’Oréal whatever serum skin tint and even took a screenshot to remember it! Thanks for checking it out and letting us know what to expect!
I really like the Jaclyn hill skin tint it gives me coverage and looks natural. You have to use your fingers to get the best application! As for the concealer I use my fingers also and it looks better but yea it’s not the best! Thanks for your review! ❤️
Application method is important and not discussed enough. I feel like people talk about brush or damp sponge, but often I find dry sponge or fingers work best.
Glad you are in my state to check it out but not glad you are catching some of the highest snow totals in recent years...like last 2 or 3. Hope you get to see some of the fantastic things in Mass!! Great vid! 💋
The coverage on the Danessa Myricks is very impressive. I just checked out the shades and I think N2 would work best for me. I'm watching my emails b/c my brush set should be delivered on Sunday - Sigma ships FAST!!! Great video as usual. Enjoy your weekend!!
You look so beautiful in this video. The way you did your eyes is so pretty I love the softer liner moment! Just the whole look is stunning. Also your videos have been making me feel better on bad days for like 8ish years so thank you for just being you!! 💖
Taylor, have you ever tried using a cushion type sponge? Like the ones that come with Korean cushion compacts? You can buy them separately and I personally like them a lot better than the beauty blenders. They’re a lot less porous and easier to carry around if you need to touch up. There are also some that have a pointed edge for around the eye. Just a suggestion ❤️
Thank you for going over the Jacklyn foundation, I have wanted to get it even with the reviews because I love her and bought her pallets and lipsticks and I for one had no issues with any of it.. I won't be getting the foundation, I trust your reviews
Taylor, I know it may be a big “no,” but I am hoping if your brush collection does well with Sigma, then maybe you can convince them to sell them separately! 😬 The brush I want is the flatter top one that you used to set translucent powder under your eyes. It looked incredible!!Congrats on the launch. Super happy for you!! Thanks for always doing such detailed, in-depth reviews!!!
Based on your review, the third foundation reminds me of the Catrice HD Liquid coverage foundation, which is one of my go to serum foundations for years now! I'll might try this one as well.
Taylor I just got my shipment from Sigma of your new brushes I am absolutely in love I am so happy for you and was so excited to support you in anyway! I tried the Sheshado luminous it's definitely a light coverage but it's beautiful, i normally don't have good luck mixing my foundations but with this one i can. I mix my Catrice ( the new full coverage) i only mixed it to correct the colour i didn't want more coverage necessarily, but adding a few very sheer drops to my face then go in with it omg its gorgeous.
My favorite Estee Lauder Double Wear that works GREAT for me..... the recently discontinued Double Wear Nude!!!! FIGURES!!! I love your content and personality and get such great ideas from you. Thanks so much! XO
I LOVE to mix the Beauty Blender skin tint with a small amount of NARS Soft Matte. It makes the coverage perfect and wear-time extended by a lot. It’s like the perfect combo for me and makes my skin so perfected and smooth. But the best aspect is the increase in how long it lasts.

Wow Taylor I used to watch ur videos about 5 years ago or so and it’s been hit and miss since but I have to say ur skin looks amazing. I believe u may have said u were taking medication to help ur skin but whatever you used it really worked. ❤️
Purchased them Thursday, got them FRIDAY! Super excited and happy to support you!
My brushes arrived today. I am so very excited for my first set of high end brushes... Taylor your amazing
I'm so glad your review of JH products match my exact thoughts and experience with those products. After trying it 3 times I gifted it to my coworker that is 23 so maybe it works better for her. Love your reviews
The foundation video I’ve been needing before getting a new one or sticking with my holy grail ☺️🤍
I love your eye look today!! The shape is so flattering.
I love the look
Yayyyy! Some of these are ones I've been waiting for and you viewed them all at once. Thanks girl, love yaa!😍
I recently purchased the shiseido synchro skin radiant, and I'm obsessed. I think after 3 years hunting for my perfect foundation, I've found it because of you. Thank you 😊
I love these kind of videos! We get so much information in one video! Love
Your brushes just arrived in the mail today, yay! And omGosh, they are so soft and lux. It truly shows the amount of work and dedication you put into each brush because the details are so spectacular. Amazing job, Taylor! 😘
For the Jaclyn cosmetics skin tint, I HATEd it with a brush and a sponge… however … I LOVE IT blended out with my fingers. It melts in better
I am so excited to get your brushes!!! Do you think you will test out the new Nars foundation?!
lolo nvm was only 3 minutes in haha
I’m very happy for you for this collab
I LOVE the Revolution Conceal and Glow foundation… it is beautiful and has great staying power for my normal/dry skin
Can you review the new Chanel No1 foundation please?
I saw that comment on your charlotte review saying to try the L’Oréal whatever serum skin tint and even took a screenshot to remember it! Thanks for checking it out and letting us know what to expect!
I was just browsing Sephora for a new foundation but I figured I watch this first! So excited for a foundation review!
Great vid! 💋
Your eye makeup in this video is absolutely gorgeous!!
Please review the new Lisa Eldridge seamless skin foundation! Would love to know your thoughts x
I love the nomad thing you're doing. You look great. You haven't done an update on your chronic pain but I hope your surgery has helped!
Your eyes omg so beautiful, love the colors and blend and shape so much
Thank you for going over the Jacklyn foundation, I have wanted to get it even with the reviews because I love her and bought her pallets and lipsticks and I for one had no issues with any of it.. I won't be getting the foundation, I trust your reviews
I'm so excited for this video! One of my favorites ❤
I LOVE these videos!!! Thanks Taylor! ☺️
But I have to say I needed these brushes because I’ve been a fan of yours for a long time and I know that these brushes are what you were missing in the brush market as was I I am so excited I’m about to use them right now but have no doubt they are amazing just like you congrats 1 million times honey
XO
Can't wait to hear your full review on the new dior you've been talking about.
I love how you give so much info on so many products... awesome! Thank you 😊
Absolutely LOVE the pink eyeshadow on you!
I didn’t get ur last brush set so I knew I couldn’t miss this one! So excited for u
my goodness the light pink eyeshadow looks soooo good on you 😍
Tried that revolution one recently and I really like it. I need the sponge after the brush aswell.
Oo ya I could see that being a killer combo. Will try!
@@taylorwynn definitely give it a try since I know you enjoy the Soft Matte (your vid on it helped me understand how to apply it so much better and now it’s a staple) and reach for the Beauty Blender tint frequently- such a great combo ❤️ congrats on the new brush set!
I love the newest Estee lauder foundation. It a nice watery non greasy foundation. Very light but very colour correcting . Really nice especially in the winter. I am the most fan of the original but at the moment this one. Because my skin is dry at the moment.
I like the beauty blender skin tint it was probably designed to work better with a sponge ..bc beauty blender lol 😆
Leave it to the sponge people to come up with that….😃
Please do a skin tint /tinted moisturizers/tinted hydrators ranking review video ! Loved this ! Thank you
Loreal Nude Plumping Tinted Serum looked so good on me, thru the entire day it held up so well, it was everything I wanted from a foundation, I looked like I wasn’t wearing makeup, I was in love with it, but ofcourse, just like EVERY SINGLE drugstore foundation, it massively broke me out 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
