As a 35-year-old former gamer, I was about to cry while watching this. Mai is so sweet and looks so beautiful. Thank you capcom and snk, I love you very much since my childhood.
I love how not only Mai is faithful to her Fatal Fury appearance with her short bangs, but she's also slightly toned like how her sprites look like.
Her KoF version have more volume and jiggle... my personal fav but the OG FF version is peak.

This was actually not correctly translated at all if I remember correctly. Basically what Sakurai said that it would not be possible to include Mai in Smash without increasing the Japanese age rating of Smash considerably. Nintendo had a clear target rating for Smash so that’s why it was never on the table.

There it is! The DLC character for all good boys and girls, this introduction was very beautiful and well done, Mai is more beautiful in the Street Fighter 6 style than I imagined and I loved the part of her doing the moves with the fan on fire, I can't wait for Mai to arrive in the game!
